White Chip Peanut Pretzel Clusters Recipes

PRETZEL PEANUT BARK

Steps:

• Line a rimmed cookie sheet with parchment or waxed paper.
• Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water until smooth.
• (You can also melt in the microwave in a 2 quart glass dish. Microwave on high for 1 minute and stir. Microwave on high for 1 minute more and stir. If necessary, microwave on high for 10 seconds more and stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth.).
• Stir in the pretzel pieces and peanuts. (Stir well with a flexible spatula.).
• Spoon onto the prepared cookie sheet, spreading the mixture out so that ingredients are relatively evenly distributed.
• Allow for the chocolate to cool for several hours or refrigerate for about 45 minutes, until firm.
• Break the bark into irregular pieces, like peanut brittle.
• Enjoy!

WHITE CHOCOLATE, PEANUTS & PRETZELS CANDY

Steps:

• 1. Melt white chocolate candy melts in a large bowl in the microwave, on high, adding a few at a time and stirring often until all are melted.
• 2. Add peanuts and pretzel sticks to melted chocolate.
• 3. Pour mixture onto 2 non-stick cookie sheets and place in the refrigerator until candy hardens. Break into pieces and place in a covered container. Does not need to be refrigerated.

PRETZEL CLUSTERS

Steps:

• 1. Mix nuts and pretzels in a large bowl. Over med. heat mix next 2 ing. Cook and stir constantly till chips are melted. Pour over nut mixture and toss to coat very well. Drop by Tab. onto sheet lined with was paper. Chill till firm, about 2 hours.
