White Chocolate Chex Party Mix Recipes

WHITE CHOCOLATE PARTY MIX

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients; set aside. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chips and oil at 70% power for 1 minute, stirring once. Microwave on high for 5 seconds; stir until smooth. , Pour over cereal mixture and mix well. Spread onto three waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Cool; break apart. Store in an airtight container.

STRAWBERRIES AND WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEX® MIX

Steps:

• In large bowl, mix cereals.
• In 1-quart microwavable bowl, microwave baking chips and oil uncovered on Medium-High (70%) 1 minute; stir. Microwave 15 to 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Pour over cereal mixture; toss to coat.
• In large resealable food-storage plastic bag, mix powdered sugar and gelatin. Add cereal mixture to bag; seal. Shake until cereal is well coated. Add strawberries. Spread mixture on waxed paper. Store in airtight container.

CHEX MIX® WHITE CHOCOLATE BARK

Steps:

• Line cookie sheet with wax paper.
• Break white chocolate into small pieces into medium microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on High about 2 minutes, stirring after each minute, or until almost melted. Stir until smooth. Spread on paper-lined cookie sheet to 1/4-inch thickness, about a 13x9-inch rectangle.
• Immediately top with snack mix; press into melted chocolate. Let stand about 1 hour, or refrigerate about 30 minutes or until firm. Break into 2-inch pieces. Store tightly covered at room temperature.

WHITE CHOCOLATE PARTY MIX

Steps:

• In the top of a double boiler over simmering water, slowly melt the white chocolate. In a large bowl, combine cereals, pretzels, peanuts and candy coated chocolates. Slowly pour the chocolate over the cereal mixture and stir to evenly coat.
• Spread the mixture onto wax paper and cool. Break into small pieces, store in an air-tight container and refrigerate to keep fresh.

WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEX PARTY MIX

Steps:

• In a VERY large bowl (or two medium bowls), combine the first 5 ingredients. Set aside.
• In a microwave safe bowl, heat white chips and oil on high for 60 seconds (you could also melt chocolate and oil in a double boiler pan). Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds and stir until completely melted and smooth (you may need to microwave for a couple more seconds). Pour melted chocolate over cereal mix and stir until all the cereal is evenly covered with white chocolate. Spread cereal mix on 2 large baking sheets (I used cookie sheets) lined with wax paper. Let cool and then break apart into chunks.
• Store in an air tight container.

WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEX MIX

Steps:

• In a large bowl mix together all ingediants, except white chocolate chips and oil.
• In a glass bowl mix together white chocolate chips and oil.
• Microwave white chocolate and oil for 1 minute, stir. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
• Stir white chocolate luntil completely melted.
• Pour melted white chocolate over chex mix.
• Mix very well, until all chex mix ix coated.
• Spread coated chex mix in a single lay on wax paper or tin foil.
• Let harden.
• Break up and store in an air tight container.

*TINK'S WHITE CHOCOLATE, HONEY-NUT, BIRTHDAY PARTY CHEX MIX

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine the Honey-Nut Cheerios, Corn Chex, mini pretzels, honey-roasted peanuts and M&Ms; set aside.
• Cover large area of table, counter top, or two large cookie sheets with waxed paper.
• In a microwave safe bowl, heat vanilla chips and vegetable oil on 50% power for 1 minute. Stir and heat 1 minute longer.
• If needed, microwave on full power for 10 seconds and then stir until smooth.
• Pour melted vanilla chips over dry mixture and stir gently to coat.
• Spread out on prepared wax paper-covered surface, and allow to cool completely. (I leave mine alone overnight.).
• When cool, gently break apart large pieces and store in an airtight container.

WHITE CHOCOLATE MONSTER MUNCH CHEX MIX RECIPE

Steps:

• In a VERY large bowl (or two medium bowls), combine the first 6 ingredients. Set aside.
• In a microwave safe bowl, heat white chips and oil on high for 60 seconds (you could also melt chocolate and oil in a double boiler pan).
• Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds and stir until completely melted and smooth (you may need to microwave for a couple more seconds).
• Pour melted chocolate over cereal mix and stir until all the cereal is evenly covered with white chocolate.
• Spread cereal mix on 2 large baking sheets (I used cookie sheets) lined with wax paper.
• Let cool and then break apart into chunks.
• Store in an airtight container.
