Steps:
- Place wonton wrappers on a work surface; spritz with butter-flavored spray. Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over wrappers. Press into miniature muffin cups coated with cooking spray. , Bake at 350° for 4-5 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately remove wonton cups to an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 2-3 minutes longer or until bottoms of cups are lightly browned. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely., In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, vanilla and remaining sugar until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans. Spoon into wonton cups. Top each with a cherry.

- Make wontons.
- Make soup: In a large pot, combine broth, 4 cups water, and 1 teaspoon salt; bring to a boil. Add wontons one at a time; return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, and simmer until wontons are just cooked through, 4 to 6 minutes. Stir in scallions, vinegar, and sesame oil; season with salt. Serve.

- In a large bowl, combine pork, shrimp, sugar, wine, soy sauce, 1 teaspoon chopped green onion and ginger. Blend well, and let stand for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Place about one teaspoon of the filling at the center of each wonton skin. Moisten all 4 edges of wonton wrapper with water, then pull the top corner down to the bottom, folding the wrapper over the filling to make a triangle. Press edges firmly to make a seal. Bring left and right corners together above the filling. Overlap the tips of these corners, moisten with water and press together. Continue until all wrappers are used.
- FOR SOUP: Bring the chicken stock to a rolling boil. Drop wontons in, and cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onion, and serve.

- For the churro chips: Add 1 to 2 inches vegetable oil to a heavy-bottomed pot. Heat to 350 degrees F.
- Meanwhile, mix together the sugar, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl, then set aside.
- When the oil is ready, add the wonton wrappers in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pot. Cook until golden and crisp, about a minute. Remove the chips and toss with a good amount of the cinnamon mixture; you don't want to skimp! Repeat with the remaining wonton wrappers and cinnamon mixture.
- For the sundaes: Add a scoop of each of the ice creams to a bowl. Add some chips around the edge, crushing a few over the top for good measure. Top with the whipped cream, cherries, dulce de leche and sprinkles. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 3 more sundaes.
CRAB RANGOON DIP WITH CRISPY WONTON CHIPS
I love this creamy, tangy, savory crab rangoon dip with sweet chili sauce and cool crunch of green onion, and when served on the super crunchy and salty wonton chips... watch out! Fun twist to a familiar favorite.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 2-quart or 8x8-inch baking dish.
- Reserve 1 tablespoon green onions for garnish. Combine the remaining onions with cream cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, Sriracha, soy sauce, lemon zest, and lemon juice and stir until well blended. Fold in crabmeat and pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, about 20 minutes. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and sprinkle with reserved green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
- While dip bakes, heat oil in a medium saucepan to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Fry 5 to 6 pieces of wonton at a time in batches, flipping several times throughout, until golden, bubbly, and crisp, about 30 seconds. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle immediately with salt. Repeat with remaining wontons and serve immediately with dip. (Alternatively, these chips could be made the day before, cooled completely, and stored in airtight containers).

- Mix pork, green onions, egg, and hot sauce for wontons together in a bowl; season with pepper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Place a heaping teaspoon of pork mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water. Fold the bottom point to the top point, creating a triangle, and pinch to seal. Fold the outer 2 points in toward the center, pinching together. Repeat to form remaining wontons.
