1/3 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons brown sugar

Steps:

  • Cut each banana into fourths.
  • Arrange the bananas in a greased 9-inch pie plate.
  • Dot with butter.
  • Drizzle with orange and lemon juice.
  • Sprinkle with coconut and brown sugar.
  • Bake at 370 degrees F for about 8-10 minutes (until the coconut is golden brown).
