1/4 cup (11 g) chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons finely snipped chives
2 tablespoons finely chopped scallions, (green parts only)
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Whisk together yogurt, dill, chives, scallions and mustard. Taste and season well with salt and pepper. Sauce can be used immediately but improves after an hour's rest. Sauce can be refrigerated in an airtight.
  • It will last longer but the bright flavors of the fresh herbs will fade.

1/2 cup minced fresh dill
1/4 cup minced fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 cup seeded, grated hothouse cucumber

Steps:

  • Place the mayonnaise, sour cream, yogurt, cream cheese, scallions, dill, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, 2 teaspoons salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade.
