ZESTY CREAM CHEESE DIP

Steps:

• Put about 1/4 of the cream cheese into a bowl.
• Squeeze the ranch dressing for 5-8 seconds into the same bowl.
• Stir with a fork until mixed do not put in a mixer.
• Add as much or as little of the other ingredients as you like.

ZESTY VEGETABLE DIP

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with vegetables.

JULES' ZESTY 7 LAYER DIP

Steps:

• Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and hot pepper sauce in a bowl until smoothly combined; spread mixture in an even layer over a large plate.
• Spread salsa in a layer over the cream cheese mixture. Combine tomato, green pepper, and green onions in a bowl and spread the vegetables over the salsa. Cover the dip with Cheddar cheese.
• Refrigerate until serving time; remove from refrigerator about 20 minutes before serving to allow cream cheese mixture to soften.

SPICY MEXICAN CREAM CHEESE DIP

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
• Combine corn, cream cheese, Mexican-blend cheese, and jalapeno peppers in a bowl; mix until thoroughly combined. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
• Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
• Meanwhile, place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels and chop when cool enough to handle.
• Remove dip from the oven. Top with chopped bacon and shredded Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven and bake until cheese has melted, about 10 more minutes.

SPICY CREAM CHEESE AND SHRIMP DIP

Steps:

• Whip softened cream cheese in a food processor for approximately 2 minutes, or until fluffy and no lumps are present.
• Add salsa and cilantro leaves.
• Blend again for approximately 1 minute, until mixture is an even color.
• Add shrimp and mix only long enough to incorporate into mixture (over mixing will cause shrimp to break up into small pieces).
• Transfer mixture to glass bowl or serving dish and refrigerate for approximately one hour.
• Garnish with a few cilantro leaves.
• Serve chilled with corn chips.

ZESTY BACON CHEESE DIP

Steps:

• Mix sour cream and cream cheese, then fold in shredded cheese, bacon bits, green onion and dip mix.
• To serve cold: Chill for at least one hour prior to serving.
• To serve warm: Put mixture in a 2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
