ZESTY ONE PAN CHICKEN AND POTATO BAKE
Very easy and quick to make! You can use whatever chicken you have (i.e. breasts, thighs, etc) Add as many cut potatoes and carrots as you need to feed your family. I just drizzle the dressing and sprinkle the cheese so they are approximate measurements.

Steps:
- Place chicken pieces, cut up potatoes, and baby carrots in large baking dish.
- Drizzle with Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
ZESTY ITALIAN CHICKEN W/POTATOES & CARROTS

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Wash potatoes & cut into small cubes.
- Place potatoes & baby carrots in 9x13" pan
- Pour 1/2 the bottle of dressing over potatoes & carrots.
- Place in oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven & stir.
- Place chicken breasts on top of potatoes & carrots.
- Pour the rest of the dressing on top of the chicken.
- Return to the oven for 40 - 50 minutes, checking at half way to stir.
- Allow to cool & serve.
- 1 chicken breast, acbout 1 cup of potatoes & 1.5 ounces of carrots per serving.

Steps:
- Cook chicken until browned, about 5 minutes on each side.
- Combine dressing, broth and italian seasoning.
- Add to chicken and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer about 3 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
- Add broccoli and onion and mix well.
- Cook 2 to 4 minute or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add cheese and stir until melted.
- Serve.

ITALIAN OVEN-ROASTED CHICKEN AND POTATOES
This recipe came from Flavors of Puglia by Nancy Harmon Jenkins. It is easy to make and delicious. I like to serve it with a tossed salad.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Mix the potato chunks in a bowl with half the olive oil, half the parsley, and a generous amount of salt and pepper.
- Toss to coat well, then spread over the bottom of a large roasting pan large enough to hold all the potatoes in one layer.
- In the same bowl, mix the chicken parts with the remaining oil and parsley and more salt and pepper, again stirring to coat well.
- Arrange the chicken over the top of the potatoes, skin side down.
- Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes, remove chicken pieces to a plate, stir the potatoes, and replace the chicken pieces, skin side up.
- Return to oven for an additional 30 minutes.
- The chicken is done when crisp and brown and the potatoes should be roasted to a fine golden color.
