Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons prepared horseraddish
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons ketchup
1 drop soy sauce

Steps:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well blended.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes before using.

Ingredients

1/2 cup real mayonnaise (use Hellman's or Best Foods)
1/3 cup tomato ketchup
1/3 cup prepared horseradish
1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice

Steps:

COMBINE all ingredients in a resealable container.
SERVE with onion rings, burgers, sandwiches, crab cakes, batter-fried fish and prawns; ENJOY!
STORE in same container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
