PHILADELPHIA® ZESTY PEPPERONI DIP

Steps:

• Place cream cheese on microwaveable serving plate.
• Mix tomatoes and pepperoni; spoon over cream cheese.
• Microwave on HIGH 45 sec. Serve warm with assorted crackers.

SUNNY'S BBQ CHICKEN AND PEPPERONI DIP

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
• Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the pepperoni and cook, tossing, until the fat is rendered and the pepperoni are crisp, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate to soak up the extra fat.
• In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Italian seasoning and scallions until well blended, then season with salt and pepper. Add Sunny's Cocoa-Cola BBQ Sauce and stir to incorporate. Fold in the chicken, pepperoni and both cheeses. Pour everything into a 7-by-11-inch casserole dish.
• Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbling around the edges, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm with the dippers of your choice.
• In a medium saucepot on medium-high heat, add the Coca-Cola, ketchup, onion, Worcestershire, vinegar, red pepper flakes, garlic, a pinch of salt and a few grinds of black pepper. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until reduced and thickened to barbecue sauce consistency, 15 to 20 minutes.

ZESTY PEPPERONI DIP

Steps:

• Place pepperoni on a paper towel-lined microwave-safe plate; microwave, covered, on high for 1-2 minutes or until fat is rendered., In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, milk, salad dressing mix, oil, pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce until blended. Stir in pepperoni, cheese, green pepper and onion. Serve at room temperature with crackers.

ZESTY PEPPERONI SPREAD

Steps:

• 1. Remove casing from pepperoni. Cut two slices for garnish. Set aside. Slice remaining pepperoni into 1-inch pieces. In blender or food processor container process pepperoni pieces, a few pieces at a time, until crumbly. 2. In small bowl stir together pepperoni and cream cheese. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. 3. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Garnish with pepperoni slices and cherry tomatoes. Serve with crackers.*NOTE: Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.
