Steps:
- Heat oil in fry pan over medium heat.
- Crack egg in pan trying not to break yolk.
- While egg is frying spread cheez whiz on one slice of bread and miracle whip on the other.
- Add the hot sauce to the miracle whip slice and spread.
- Flip egg when underside is starting to brown nicely.
- Poke yolk after a couple seconds so the yolk runs a little.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove egg when finished cooking and make sandwich.
- Add sandwich back to dry pan and brown on both sides.
- Enjoy!
