ZUCCHINI AND BISQUICK SQUARES
These zucchini and Bisquick square are a summertime favorite, served warm or cold as a side or just a snack.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2. Grease 9x13 baking pan
- 3. In large bowl, mix all ingredients together. If the batter is too thick add a little water. Pour into prepared baking pan. Bake 25 minutes or until top is golden in color. You may also use mini cupcake pans to make these as appetizers.
ZUCCHINI BISQUICK BREAD STICK SQUARES
These Zucchini Bisquick Bread Stick Squares are made with a biscuit mix and the best savory appetizer around that can be made in less than an hour!

- Simple Instructions!
- Grate the zucchini using a hand grater or with a food processor.
- Drain and blot dry the shredded zucchini with cheesecloth or on paper towels,.
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 13x9 pan.
- Note: you can either add the additional ingredients in the batter or sprinkle them on top.
- Bake until browned at 350 degrees around 35 to 45 minutes.
- Cool cut into squares or sticks.
- These are great dipped in marinara sauce or even topped with shredded mozzarella and broil the top until browned!

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F and grease the bottom of 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Beat all ingredients in medium bowl with electric mixer at low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly.
- Beat at medium speed for 1 minute, scraping bowl occasionally.
- Pour into pan.
- Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes.
- Loosen sides of pan and remove and place on wire rack top side up.
- Cool completely for about 2 hours before slicing.
