3 cups sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 cup evaporated milk
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/2 cup margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
2 cups chopped walnuts

Steps:

Butter an 11x7 baking pan.
In heavy 3 qt saucepan, mix sugar, cocoa, and cream of tartar.
Add evaporated milk, light corn syrup, and margarine.
On med hi heat, cook and stir, scraping down sides of pan, until mixture boils.
Clip candy thermometer on pan.
Reduce heat to med.
Continue to cook until thermometer reads 238*.
Stir occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and peanut butter.
Stir well.
Fold in nuts.
Pour into pan.
Let set on counter top.
Cut into pieces.

1 (16 ounce) box confectioners' sugar
1 cup peanut butter
4 tablespoons hershey's cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 lb butter

Steps:

Melt butter, let cool. Mix peanut butter, vanilla and butter by hand. Add cocoa, add 10x sugar, mix well by hand. Place in a square pan. In 15 minutes its ready! Cut into squares and enjoy~.

8 cups canola oil, for frying
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground szechuan peppercorn
all purpose flour, for dusting
1 can can of biscuit dough

Steps:

Fill a large pot with 2 inches (5 cm) of canola oil. Heat over medium-high heat until the oil reaches 350°F (180°C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the sugar, cinnamon, salt, and ground Szechuan peppercorns. Set aside.
On a lightly floured surface, use a rolling pin to roll out the biscuits to ¼-inch (6 mm) thick. Using a 2-inch (5 cm) round cutter, punch a mini donut hole out of each biscuit. Discard the remaining dough or save for another use.
Working in batches, add the donut holes to the hot oil and fry for 3 minutes on one side, until golden brown. Flip and cook on the other side for 1-2 minutes more, until cooked through and golden brown all over. Use a wire skimmer to transfer the donut holes to a wire rack set over a baking sheet. Let drain for a minute, then transfer the warm donuts to the sugar mixture and toss well to coat.
