- Bottom layer - Mix lime jello powder with boiling water and add can of crushed pineapple (set). Middle layer - Mix lemon jello powder with boiling water, cut chunks of cream cheese into mix to soften. Use electric mixer to blend. Cool, then add cool whip and blend with mixer(set). Top layer - Mix jello with boiling water, then cold water and add to the rest (set). If possible do one of layers night before. This whole process has worked in a 6 hour time frame.

- Prepare and bake cake according to package directions for a 2 layer round cake. Place cooled cake layers, top-sides up, in clean 8 or 9-inch round pans; pierce with large fork at 1/2-inch intervals. In separate bowls, add 1 cup boiling water to each flavor dry gelatin mix. Stir 2 minutes or until completely dissolved. Slowly pour 3/4 of the red gelatin mixture over 1 cake round and 3/4 of the lime gelatin over second cake layer. When pouring the Jell-O over the cake layers it will look like the whole cake is saturated with color, but the gelatin mixture will only enter the holes that you made with the fork. Discard the remaining jello or save for another purpose. Frost cake layers with whipped topping or Cool Whip frosting. Add sprinkles. Refrigerate cake at least 1 hour before serving.

- Dissolve lime gelatin in boiling water; stir in pineapple juice. Stir in pineapple. Pour into an 11x7-in. dish; refrigerate until set., In a small saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute. Heat over low heat, stirring until gelatin is completely dissolved. Transfer to a small bowl. Beat in cream cheese and milk until smooth. Spread over lime layer; refrigerate until set., Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water; stir in cranberry sauce. Cool for 10 minutes. Carefully spoon over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until set. , Cut into squares. If desired, serve with whipped topping, lime wedges and fresh strawberries.

This is a simple, light, and very pretty dessert, you of course can change the flavors of jello, I made this for the 4th of July, using blueraspberry, and cherry jello, and the flavors listed below at Christmas, are very pretty, and of course everybody loves jello. Time includes chilling.

- Mix cherry jello and 1 1/4 cups hot water. Pour in pan, I used a 8x11 glass pan.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Whip lemon jello and 1 1/4 cups hot water.
- Cool to room temperature
- Whip cream cheese with this,.
- and pour on cherry jello.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour, or longer.
- Mix lime jello and 1 1/4 cups hot water.
- Let cool, and pour lime jello over layers, and let set in refrigerator.

THREE LAYER HOLIDAY JELLO
This dish has a white, sour cream middle layer. I make it with red and blue on the 4th of July, red and green at Christmas but any two colours you like will work. This dish is best served in a glass dish so the layers can be seen.

Steps:
- Prepare one package of jello according to directions on box, pour in serving dish.
- Sprinkle unflavoured gelatin over cold water,let stand 5 minutes.
- Heat milk over med heat.
- Add sugar, stir until dissolved.
- Stir in prepared unflavoured gelatin.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Pour sour cream mix over the first layer when the first layer is mostly set ( will be firm but sticky, your finger will leave a mark).
- When second layer is mostly set pour the last layer.
- Prepare the last layer in advance (or use ice quick set method) so that it is cool when poured.
- Place dish in fridge for several hours or overnight to set completely.
LAYERED CHRISTMAS JELLO CUPS

- For each layer, boil 1 cup water (I do this in the microwave) and then add the contents of one flavor of jello. Stir with a fork until the jello is totally dissolved and then divide the mixture in half, saving half in a separate bowl.
- Add 1/2 cup yogurt to half of the jello mixture and stir until well combined. Pour the yogurt/Jello mixture into your dishes* and then place in the refrigerator in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes or until completely set.
- Add 3 Tbsp water to the other half of the jello that you reserved. Set aside. As soon as the yogurt layer is set, you can pour the reserved layer on top. Refrigerate again until set.
- Repeat steps 1-3 with the other flavor of jello and then repeat the steps two more times. If you use a deeper dish, you can repeat the layers as many times as you want - you'll just need more jello!
- I like to put a little bit of whipped cream on top just before serving! Totally optional!

- 1Prepare strawberry Jello as directed on box. Use ice water where it calls for cold water (this will help it set up faster).
- Pour it into the cups of your choice, remember to only fill ⅓ of the way. Let set in the fridge until firm.
- Place cold water in a small bowl and sprinkle with gelatine while whisking with a fork. Set aside for 5 minutes or until spongy. Stand the bowl in a heatproof bowl of hot water and stir until the gelatine dissolves. Never boil gelatine, as it can become stringy.
- Prepare the middle layer by boiling the heavy cream with 2 tbsp of sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract on a pan. While still hot add the unflavored gelatine and mix.
- Pour on top of the strawberry layer and return to the fridge until firmly set.
- For the final layer, prepare the lime jello according to package directions, and use ice water where it calls for cold water again, you do not want to put hot or warm jello on top of the middle layer it will melt it and give your jello a milky color.
- Return jello to the fridge and let it set until firm and you are ready to serve.
- Top each portion with whipped topping and garnish with Christmas decorations. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
