You won't be sorry with tequila, grapefruit, and Campari.

Yield Makes 1 cocktail

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 ounces tequila blanco
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
3/4 ounce simple syrup
½ ounce Campari
½ ounce fresh grapefruit juice
Lime wheel (for serving)

Steps:

  • Combine tequila, lime juice, simple syrup, Campari, and grapefruit juice in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds.
  • Strain cocktail through a Hawthorne strainer or a slotted spoon into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lime wheel.

  • Combine Campari, tequila, lime juice, and agave nectar in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Cover and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds. Strain into a pint glass and top with beer. Garnish with lime wheel.
