Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch cake pan with grapeseed oil and dust with almond flour.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. In a medium bowl, combine the agave nectar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir the wet ingredients into the almond flour mixture until thoroughly combined. Scoop the batter into the prepared cake pan.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Let the cake cool in the pan for 1 hour, then serve.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a rectangular cake pan.
- Blend quinoa, butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract together in a blender until smooth.
- Combine sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl. Stir quinoa mixture into sugar mixture until batter is well combined. Fold chocolate chips and pecans into batter; pour into the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes. Cool cake on a wire rack.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Beat agave nectar, applesauce, raw sugar, eggs, sunflower oil, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl. Whisk all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt together in another bowl. Add flour mixture to applesauce mixture and stir until combined.
- Fold zucchini and walnuts into applesauce mixture until batter is evenly-mixed. Spread batter into prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour an 8 x 8-inch pan. In a large bowl, combine flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda. Make a well in the center, and pour in the oil, vinegar, water, agave and vanilla. Mix well, then pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Dust with powdered sugar and swirl thin chocolate syrup over cake when served or serve with whipped topping! So moist!

- Heat oven to 325 and coat a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray. Whisk together flour, powder, and salt.
- With the mixer on medium speed, beat butter and agave syrup until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Beat in vanilla.
- On low, beat in flour mixture alternately with milk. Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake at 325 for 45 min, or until tests clean. Cool completely.
- Prepare frosting by beating together last 3 ingredients until smooth. Spread on cooled cake.
CHOCOLATE LAYER CAKES WITH AGAVE-SWEETENED CHOCOLATE FROSTING

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease two 8-inch round cake pans. Cover the bottoms with a piece of parchment paper cut to fit, then grease again and dust with cocoa powder. In the bowl of an electric mixer, whisk together oat and barley flours, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add egg replacer, rice milk, canola oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and warm water, and beat on medium-low about 3 minutes until smooth, scraping down sides of bowl as necessary. Pour even amounts of batter in the two pans, smooth surface, and bake in center of oven about 45 minutes, or until cake is beginning to pull away from sides of pan and a skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool the pans on a wire rack about 30 minutes. To remove the cakes, cover each pan (one at a time) with a large plate, flip over, and tap the bottom to release the cake. Peel off the parchment paper and flip back onto wire rack right-side-up. Cool the cakes completely before adding frosting. To make the frosting, melt the chocolate and vegetable shortening in a heavy saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly. Be careful, chocolate burns easily. Once melted, remove from heat. Combine melted chocolate mixture and the remaining ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer. Beat on medium speed about 15 minutes until cooled and smooth.
