SWEET 'N' SAVORY PEACH CHICKEN

- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, salt and pepper. Add chicken, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat. , In a large skillet, fry chicken in oil until browned on all sides. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish., In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, vinegar, honey and parsley; pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350° for 40 minutes. , Uncover; add peaches. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until chicken juices run clear and peaches are heated through.

AGAVE SWEET AND SAVORY CHICKEN IN PARCHMENT

- Combine mayonnaise, agave, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar and pepper flakes mix well and set aside. Combine vegetables set aside. Cut each sheet of parchment paper* into heart shaped piece about 11 inches long by 14 inches wide. For each serving packet, spoon 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise mixture onto one side of parchment paper heart. Arrange 1/4 of noodles over mayonnaise mixture. Layer 1/4 of vegetable mixture over noodles drizzle with 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise mixture. Arrange 1 chicken breast half over vegetables drizzle with 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise mixture. Top with 2 red pepper slices. Fold other half of parchment over layers and crimp edges to seal place on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining packets. Bake at 350°F 30 minutes or until juices run clear and chicken is no longer pink in center. Serve in parchment.* Aluminum foil can be substituted for parchment paper for conventional oven directions. To Microwave: Place packets** on microwave-safe tray or plate with thickest edges to outside. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.**Waxed paper can be substituted for parchment paper for the microwave directions.

AGAVE GLAZED CHICKEN

- Stir together 1/2 cup soy sauce, onion, garlic, oil and ginger root. Place chicken in plastic bag and place in a bowl. Pour soy sauce over chicken and close bag. Chill for 3 hours, turning chicken occasionally to distribute marinade. Drain. Skewer chicken neck skin to back. Tie legs to tail twist wing tips under back. Place chicken breast side up on rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast in 375°F oven for 1-1/2 hours or until drumstick moves easily. Mix 1/4 cup agave with 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Baste chicken with agave-soy mixture during last 15 minutes roasting time.

FAJITA PARCHMENT-BAKED CHICKEN RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: parchment paper, chicken breast, red pepper, yellow pepper, red onion, salsa, taco seasoning, mexican cheese blend, olive oil, salt, pepper

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Fold the parchment paper in half, then open up.
- Thinly slice the peppers and onion and lay them on one half of the parchment paper.
- Drizzle on oil and sprinkle on salt & pepper.
- Lay the chicken on the peppers. Season with taco seasoning, salt and pepper, and spoon on salsa. Top with cheese.
- Fold the parchment paper over the chicken, and cinch the paper together by folding it over itself along the edges.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165˚F (75˚C).

AGAVE CHICKEN DIABLO

- In shallow baking pan, melt butter. Stir in agave, mustard, curry powder and salt. Add chicken and turn to coat all sides. Bake, skin side down, at 375°F for 30 minutes. Turn chicken pieces and baste. Continue cooking 15 to 20 minutes until chicken is tender and richly glazed. MICROWAVE VERSION: Melt butter in shallow glass or microwave roasting pan on high about 1 minute. Stir in agave, mustard, curry powder and salt. Add chicken pieces, placing skin side down. Place meatier pieces toward outside of pan. Cover with waxed paper. Cook on high 8 minutes. Turn skin side up and baste with sauce. Cover and cook on high 8 minutes longer. Uncover and cook on high 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

AGAVE SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN

- Cut chicken breasts into cubes. In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil. Add onion and stir-fry until lightly brown. Add snow peas and red pepper stir-fry until crisp-tender. Remove from pan and set aside. Add remaining oil to skillet. Add chicken and stir-fry until chicken is no longer pink when cut with a knife and juices run clear. Drain pineapple reserving 1/2 cup juice. Combine reserved pineapple juice, ketchup, agave, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and cornstarch. Add to chicken and cook until mixture thickens. Return vegetables to pan add pineapple chunks and stir-fry 2 minutes. SUBSTITUTION: 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger may be substituted for fresh ginger root.
