AIR FRYER BACON-WRAPPED SHRIMP
Lightly seasoned shrimp wrapped in bacon for bold flavor with only three ingredients. Both regular bacon and maple bacon work good in this.

Steps:
- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place shrimp in a bowl, add steak seasoning, and toss to coat.
- Starting just above the tail, wrap half a piece of bacon around each shrimp. Place in the basket of the air fryer seam-side down.
- Cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for 5 minutes more.

AIR FRYER BACON WRAPPED SHRIMP

Steps:
- Preheat the air fryer at 390F for 5 minutes while you prep the shrimp.
- Cut your bacon slices in half.
- If you haven't already, slice the jalapeño thin.
- Peel the shrimp leaving the tail end on if you want to.
- Place a shrimp and a thin slice of jalapeño on one end of the shrimp.
- Roll the shrimp in the bacon wrapping it tightly.
- Chill the shrimp for 10-15 minutes to set the bacon.
- Mix the cocktail sauce and the chopped chipotle peppers together.
- Chill until ready to serve with the bacon wrapped shrimp.
- Air Fry the shrimp by placing them in the air fryer basket.
- Don't crowd them and make sure there is space between them so the bacon can crisp and the pieces don't stick together.
- Fry for 5 minutes at 390F.
- Flip the shrimp and air fry for another 4-5 minutes.
- Remove to a plate with a paper towel while you cook the remaining shrimp. Feel free to place in the oven at the lowest setting to keep warm.
- Serve with Chipotle Cocktail Sauce!

- Pat dry the shrimp with a paper towel. Cut the bacon in half lengthwise, wrap each shrimp with one strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

- Position a rack 3 to 4 inches from the heat source and preheat the broiler. Whisk the lemon juice, garlic, paprika, thyme, olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a shallow baking dish. Add the shrimp and toss to coat; marinate in the refrigerator, 20 minutes.
- Turn the shrimp in the marinade to coat well. One at a time, remove each shrimp and wrap with a piece of bacon; secure with a toothpick if desired. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet. Spoon any remaining marinade over the shrimp. Broil, turning the shrimp once, until the bacon is slightly crisp and the shrimp are cooked through, about 5 minutes.
AIR-FRIED BACON-WRAPPED SHRIMP
Simple to put together with only 4 ingredients, but big on flavor! I like to use "extra jumbo" size shrimp, which are 16-20 per pound. Cutting the bacon lengthwise into narrow strips makes it easier to wrap. Refrigerating the shrimp, as well as using thin-cut bacon, will prevent the shrimp from overcooking in the time it takes to crisp the bacon.

- Place shrimp on a plate and sprinkle both sides with Cajun seasoning. Wrap each shrimp with 1 narrow strip of bacon and fasten with a toothpick. Refrigerate for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Air-fry shrimp for 3 minutes. Flip and continue cooking until bacon is lightly crispy, 4 to 5 minutes more. You may have to do 2 batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

- Preheat the air fryer to 325°F (160°C).
- Wearing latex gloves, slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop out the seeds and membrane.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper with a rubber spatula. Transfer the cheese mixture to a piping bag fitted with a medium round tip or a resealable plastic bag with a corner snipped off.
- Pipe the cream cheese filling into each jalapeño half.
- Wrap each jalapeno in 1 strip of bacon.
- Working in batches, place half of the poppers in the air fryer and fry for 8-10 minutes, until the bacon is crispy. Repeat with the remaining poppers.
