1.5 Lbs Baby Dutch Potatoes - quartered
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Dry Ranch Mix
1-2 Cups Shredded Colby-Jack Cheese

Steps:

Wash and quarter potatoes. Toss with oil and ranch seasoning.
Spray air fryer basket with nonstick. Transfer potatoes to basket and air fry at 400ºF for 13-15 minutes, toss half way through.
Top with shredded cheese and air fry 30 more seconds.
