AIR FRYER FLOUNDER FISH
This is such an easy and foolproof way to make fried fish in the air fryer. Same great flavor as deep-fried, but so much better and healthier. This is a great and easy dinner option.

Steps:
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, and spices. Mix well. This will be your flour coating.
- Dry the flounder filets off with a paper towel, then either soak the flounder in buttermilk or rub some olive oil over the fillets.
- Then press the flour coating over the fillets, and press hard so that the coating adheres. Then use your oil mister and spray VERY GENEROUSLY with olive oil, avocado oil, or any other high heat oil.
- Set the temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 5 minutes, flip and spray again, and then set the timer for another 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!

- Clean fish fillets. Season with salt (only if not using capers, otherwise it will be too salty), black pepper, garlic and onion powder. Add paprika and oregano.
- Spray air fryer basket with oil. Lay sliced lemon in the basket. Place seasoned flounder fillets on top of lemon. Place capers on top along with butter (if using)
- Cook at 375 degrees for 7 minutes.
