FROZEN FISH IN AIR FRYER
Frozen fish in air fryer is the way to go! Flaky tender meat inside with perfect crispiness to the outside. Lemon pepper tilapia or salmon done perfectly.

Steps:
- Spray air fryer basket with non stick spray and lay frozen fillets inside, do not overlap them.
- Cut lemon in half, lightly squeeze some of one half on to fish and then sprinkle with seasonings. (if you are only doing 2 at a time then only add half of seasonings to top of first batch)
- Slice other half of lemon and put a thin slice of fresh lemon on each fillet.
- Close basket and set to 390 degrees for 12 minutes, then check. Timing will vary depending on how thick each piece is and how "done" you like your fish to be. Add 2 minutes at a time and check again if you want them to have more time.
- Sprinkle diced fresh parsley on top and serve.

- Rinse the frozen fish under cold water, then pat them dry and place them on a large plate.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- While you wait for the air fryer to heat, mix the salt, fine herbs, garlic powder, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Next, either lightly spray the fish with oil or rub the oil into it (on both sides). Then sprinkle the spice mixture onto the fish - on both sides if the fish doesn't have skin and only on the flesh side if there is skin. Drizzle a little bit of lemon juice on each fillet as well.
- When the air fryer is hot, add the frozen fish fillets into the air fryer tray. There should not be any overlap of the fillets.
- Cook the fillets for 12-17 minutes until fully cooked. The fillets are cooked when they are flaky - you can test this with a fork. Alternatively, the internal temperature should be 145 degrees Fahrenheit. If your fish fillet is pretty thin, there is no need to flip it during cooking. However, if your fillet is thicker, flip it after around 8 minutes of cooking. Make sure that the fish is cooked but not overcooked because then the fish will be rubbery. Cook times can vary depending on the thickness of the fillets and your air fryer so use them as guidelines only!
- Once the fish is cooked, remove the fillets from the air fryer and serve them with lemon wedges. We like eating fish with peeled potatoes boiled in salted water and a little bit of butter melted on the stovetop or in the microwave.

- Let the raw fish fillets thaw overnight in the refrigerator or at room temperature.
- Meanwhile, blend garlic, black pepper, vinegar, oregano and salt. Then, rub the fish fillets.
- Spritz the tilapia fish fillets with oil or spread butter over them.
- Put the raw fish fillets in the air fryer at 390ºF (199ºC) and cook for 10 minutes, turn the fillets over halfway through cooking with tongs. Maintain an eye on the process until they're perfectly cooked. According to the air fryer you have, cooking times may vary.
- Meanwhile, wash and disinfect lettuce, then slice it. Likewise, chop tomatoes into slices and place them into a large bowl, adding salt and lemon juice on top. Mix very well.
- Serve with salad. Enjoy!
