Cook the most perfect of lamb chops in minutes with your trusty air fryer! Marinaded in red wine vinegar and herbs, the chops come out perfectly cooked and tender.

1.5 lbs lamb chops (lamb loin chops or lamb leg chops)
2 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • Combine lamb chops, olive oil, red wine vinegar, rosemary, oregano, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl. Rub the marinade into the meat and cover and chill for 1 hour.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Add lamb chops to the air fryer basket and cook for 7-9 minutes, flipping halfway.

Fragrant rosemary and garlic add so much flavor to these juicy lamb chops. Using air fryers that are at least 5 qt or larger will allow you to cook all the chops in one layer for the full batch. If you only have a small air fryer, you can cook these chops in 2-3 batches.

1.25 lbs. rack of lamb (, about 7-8 chops)
3 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon garlic powder ( or 3 cloves garlic, minced)
1 teaspoon salt (, or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (, or to taste)

Steps:

  • Pat dry the lamb rack. Remove silver skin from underside of ribs if needed. Cut into individual chops.
  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, & pepper. Add the lamb and gently toss to coat in marinade. Cover and marinate for about 1 hour or up to overnight.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer at 380°F/195°C for 4 minutes. Spray air fryer basket/tray with oil spray and place lamb chops in a single layer, making sure not to overlap the meat.
  • Air Fry at 380°F/195°C for 8 minutes, flip and air fry for another 3-6 minutes, or to your preferred doneness. Serve warm.

Mouthwatering, tender and succulent lamb chops made with a delicious seasoning mix and cooked to perfection in your air fryer.

4 lamb chops, 4-6oz each
1 tbs minced garlic (3-4 cloves)
1 tbs extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp rosemary, dried
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne

Steps:

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°(F).
  • Mix dry ingredients with olive oil in a small bowl.
  • Spoon the seasoning onto both sides of each lamb chop.
  • Place in preheated air fryer basket or tray. Use air fry setting at 400°(F) for 7-10 minutes.
  • Remove when internal temperature is 135°(F) and let rest on a plate for 5 minutes before serving. (cooking will continue and reach the desired 145°(F) for medium. Adjust cooking time by 1-2 minutes additional for well done, or 1-2 minutes less for medium-rare)

1 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
1/3 cup olive oil
5 garlic cloves, crushed
1 fresh rosemary sprig or 1 tablespoon dried rosemary, crushed
1 fresh thyme sprig or 1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon herbes de Provence
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon pepper
8 lamb rib chops (about 1 inch thick and 3 ounces each)

Steps:

  • In a large bowl or shallow dish, combine the first 10 ingredients. Add lamb; turn to coat. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. , Drain lamb, discarding marinade. Preheat air fryer to 390°. In batches, arrange chops in greased air fryer. Cook until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°), 4-5 minutes on each side. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
