MINI AIR FRYER CINNAMON ROLLS
Air Fryer Mini Cinnamon Rolls are a fun breakfast recipe. Make them in minutes with refrigerated crescent roll dough and your air fryer!

Steps:
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon until well combined. Set aside.
- On a floured surface, roll crescent roll dough out into a large rectangle being sure to seal the perforated cuts.
- Cut the rectangle in half and spread the brown sugar and cinnamon blend evenly on both halves.
- Roll the sugared crescent dough into two long logs. Roll tightly, being sure to seal the ends. Cut each roll into 12 slices.
- Place parchment paper into the basket of the air fryer. Place cinnamon rolls inside the basket with the seam side up, leaving space between each one.
- Set your air fryer to 325 degrees. Preheat if your machine suggests it. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, combine the melted butter, powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl and drizzle over the cinnamon rolls before serving.

- Preheat air fryer to 325°. Combine walnuts, sugar and cinnamon., Place 1 sheet of phyllo dough on a 15x12-in. piece of waxed paper; brush with butter. Place a second phyllo sheet on top, brushing it with butter. (Keep remaining phyllo covered with a damp towel to prevent it from drying out.) Sprinkle with 1/4 cup walnut mixture. Using waxed paper, roll up tightly jelly-roll style, starting with a long side, removing paper as you roll. Slice roll into 4 smaller rolls. Brush with butter; secure with toothpicks. Repeat with remaining phyllo dough and 1/4 cups of walnut mixture. In batches, place in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until light brown, 9-11 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Discard toothpicks., Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine all syrup ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Transfer cinnamon rolls to a serving platter; drizzle with syrup. Sprinkle with remaining walnut mixture.

AIR FRYER CINNAMON ROLLS
Making cinnamon rolls in the air fryer is so simple and you won't even need to heat up your whole oven. This recipe yields a perfect 12 cinnamon rolls.

- To make the cinnamon rolls:Heat the milk to 110-115 degrees. Add to the bowl of a stand mixer and whisk in the sugar. Sprinkle the yeast over the top. Let sit for 10 minutes. The yeast should foam and bubble. Add the egg and melted butter and whisk to combine. Add in the flour and salt. Place the dough hook attachment on the mixer and knead for 4-5 minutes. The dough should be slightly sticky. Add more flour, 1-2 tablespoons at a time if needed to reach a firm dough ball that just barely sticks to your finger when pulled away. Transfer the dough to a large well-oiled bowl, cover with a tea towel and leave to rise for 1 hour in a warm place until the dough has doubled in size. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll out to ¼ inch thick rectangle. Fill the dough:Spread the melted butter over the dough, leaving a ¼ inch border all around. Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon over the buttered dough, pressing the mixture gently into the butter with your fingers. Starting from the long side, roll up the dough into a log and pinch the edges together. Make sure the seam is down. Using a serrated knife or dental floss, trim the edges from either side to remove the space without filling. Slice the dough log into 12 equal rolls. Spritz the air fryer basket with oil and put the individual rolls in the basket with a couple of inches space between each roll. You will need to work in batches. Let the rolls rise for 15 minutes. Set the air fryer to 350°F and cook the cinnamon rolls for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown on top. Remove the air Fryer basket and leave the rolls to cool for 5 minutes. To make the frosting:To a medium bowl, add the butter and cream cheese. Use an electric mixer to beat until smooth and combined Add the powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, and mix until fully combined, light and fluffy. Spread the frosting over the warm cinnamon rolls and serve while cooking the second batch of rolls.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 16 mini muffin cups.
- Unroll crescent dough onto a work surface; separate into 2 sections along the perforated lines. Brush each half with melted butter; sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll into logs and slice each log into 8 sections. Place into prepared muffin cups.
- Bake rolls in preheated oven until golden brown, about 8 minutes.
- Whisk milk and maple syrup together in a bowl. Mix in confectioners' sugar, a few spoonfuls at a time, to form desired icing consistency. Drizzle over warm rolls.

Steps:
- Preheat air fryer to 300°. Unroll crescent dough; separate into 8 triangles. Place 1 tablespoon applesauce at the wide end of each triangle; carefully roll up. Brush tops with 2 teaspoons cider. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over rolls., In batches, arrange rolls, point side down, in a single layer in greased air fryer. Curve to form crescents. Cook until golden brown, 7-9 minutes. Cool slightly. Combine confectioners' sugar and remaining 2 teaspoons cider; drizzle over rolls. Serve warm.
