2-1/4 pounds radishes, trimmed and quartered (about 6 cups)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon minced fresh oregano or 1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°. Toss radishes with remaining ingredients. Place radishes on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until crisp-tender, 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

These air fryer roasted radishes are a great side dish or snack, and an excellent low carb alternative to roasted potatoes!

400 g radishes
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt

Steps:

  • Clean the radishes, and remove the stems. Cut them in halves, and coat with a thin layer of vegetable oil and some salt.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 180°C/356°F. Add the radishes to the frying basket, and air fry for about 10-12 minutes. Shake every 4 minutes to ensure that the radishes cook evenly.

Radishes mellow out when cooked and turn into something that resembles a potato with just a slight kick to it. We love these as a low carb alternative to potatoes and they're the main reason we plant radishes in our garden every year.

1 pound fresh radishes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon minced parsley

Steps:

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • Wash, dry, and trim the radishes. Cut into halves or quarters, depending on how large the radishes are.
  • Add radishes to a small bowl with the oil, garlic powder, and salt and toss to coat.
  • Add radishes to preheated air fryer and cook for 12 minutes or until radishes are fork tender. Shake halfway through cooking.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan and parsley before serving.

If you enjoy roasted radishes, you'll love these Air Fryer Radishes for an easy and healthy side dish. They're seasoned with garlic and oregano, and take just 15 minutes in the air fryer.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pound (or 454 gram package) fresh radishes, or about 3 cups halved
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
dash of ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Wash and trim the radishes, scrubbing off any dirt and cutting off any dark spots. Pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Slice the radishes in half so they are roughly 1-inch pieces (it doesn't need to be exact), or quarter them if they are larger.
  • Place the radishes in a large bowl and evenly coat with oil. Add the seasonings and toss to combine.
  • Place radishes in the air fryer basket and air fry on 400F for 15-17 minutes, or until fork tender. Shake or stir the radishes after about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
