1 tablespoon avocado oil
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic powder
salt, to taste

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix well to combine.
  • Add potatoes to your air fryer basket, close the drawer, and set to 400 degrees for 30* minutes. About halfway through, pause and remove basket. Shake well to mix up the potatoes (it's best to do this over the sink). Place basket back in the air fryer and resume cooking. Once done, sprinkle with more rosemary and salt for serving. Make sure to open the drawer of the air fryer once done or they can steam in there if left too long. Enjoy!

1 1/2 lb whole baby potatoes, Yukon gold or red
1 1/2 Tbsp virgin olive oil
2 tsp dried rosemary, minced
1 tsp minced garlic clove
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
1/2 tsp course black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 F for 5 minutes.
  • Wash the baby potatoes and dry them with paper towels.
  • In a medium-sized bowl combine the potatoes, olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Spread the seasoned small potatoes in the bottom of the air fryer basket spreading them out into a single layer, scraping out as much of the oil and seasoning out of the bowl you are able to. Set the bowl aside you mixed the potatoes in.
