SALMON IN THE AIR FRYER
Salmon in the air fryer comes out amazing! With a sweet glaze on top cooking fish in a Ninja Foodi or other brand is easy and a healthy dinner you'll love.

Steps:
- Mix seasonings together. Place fillet on a cutting board and rub flesh generously with it.
- Spray air fryer basket with non stick spray and put piece with skin side down inside.
- Cut butter into thin slices and put on top evenly across top of fish.
- Close and air fry for 13-15 minutes at 400 degrees or until fish is flaky and as done as you desire.

NINJA FOODI SALMON

- In a small bowl, mix together paprika, rosemary, basil, parsley, garlic powder, and salt.
- Prepare salmon filets, checking for any bones you can feel. If you're using a whole salmon filet, cut it into serving sized pieces.
- Preheat the Ninja Foodi on the Air Fry setting to 390°F/198°C for 5 minutes.
- Add ¼ teaspoon of olive oil to the top of each salmon piece, then rub in ¼ of the seasoning mixture to each.
- Place seasoned salmon in the air fryer basket, skin side down. You will need to cook this recipe in batches. 1 large filet or two large ones can be cooked at a time.
- Close the crisper lid, and cook Salmon in the Ninja Foodi using the Air Fry setting at 390°F/198°C for 8 to 10 minutes.
- When salmon is done, remove from the air fryer. Garnish with fresh lemon and fresh parsley if desired.

- Combine the salt, pepper, mixed herbs and garlic granules, if using, in a bowl, then scatter onto a plate. Rub each salmon fillet with a little olive oil and roll in the seasoning to coat.
- Put in the air fryer basket in one layer and cook at 180C for 8-10 mins, until cooked through. If you have larger salmon fillets they will need to be cooked for longer - keep checking after 10 mins and cook in 1-2 min blasts, until ready. Serve with greens and quinoa or rice, if you like.
