These air fryer hashbrowns are amazing! Once you try these made from scratch hashbrowns, you'll never want to eat the packaged ones! Air fryer makes them so brown and crispy!

Steps:
- Spray the inside of the air fryer basket thoroughly with a cooking spray.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters.
- Put potatoes in a food processor fitted with a shredder disk and shred them.
- Put shredded potatoes in the mixing bowl, add melted butter and toss until combined.
- Put shredded potatoes in the air fryer basket and spread them in a single layer.
- Air fry the hashbrowns at 400F for 13 minutes, or until golden brown (you don't need to flip the hashbrowns).
- Remove the hashbrowns from the air fryer with a spatula, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.

Steps:
- Cut potatoes in small cubes.
- Place diced potatoes in a bowl and spray with cooking spray.
- Add seasoning salt of your choice, toss to coat.
- Spread in air fryer basket.
- Set air fryer to French fry setting and cook them until crispy, stir halfway through.

Hasselback potatoes were created at the Hotel Hasselbacken in Stockholm, Sweden in the 1940's, and they're still a popular side dish today. Not only are they delicious, and easy to make with lovely presentation, they take half the time to cook in an air fryer.

Steps:
- Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Slice evenly across entire length of each potato to make 1/4-inch or 1/2-inch slices, making sure the knife only cuts through to the bottom 1/2-inch, keeping the bottom of the potato intact.
- Combine butter, olive oil, garlic, and paprika in a small bowl. Brush some of the mixture over each potato and into the slits. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes. Brushing the potatoes again with butter mixture, making sure to get it down into the fanned out slices, to ensure the potatoes will not be dry. Cook until potatoes are cooked through, about 15 minutes more.
- Remove potatoes from the basket and brush with any remaining butter mixture. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

- Depending on your preference, either peel the potatoes or leave the skins on. If using large potatoes, cut in half. Cut slits along the potatoes about 5mm apart and 6mm from the base of the potato.
- Preheat the air fryer to 355 degrees (180 Celsius). Cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Gently brush the potatoes with olive oil and oil and continue to cook for another 15-20 minutes or until they are cooked through.

- Fill a large bowl with cold water and peel your potatoes. (Or scrub them if you wish to leave the peel on.)
- Then using a box grater, shred your potatoes into the bowl of water. Give them a quick stir and let them sit for 20 minutes. Now drain into a colander and rinse very well with cold water.
- Transfer the shredded potatoes to a clean dish towel or paper towels and squeeze or press them dry. You want them as dry as possible for the crispiest hash browns.
- Now add the potatoes back to the same bowl (wipe it dry first) and add the oil (if using) and the seasoning. Mix well.
