- Mix the cake according to the package directions. Bake cake in a 9 X 13 inch pan. While hot poke with skewer or chopstick and pour pineapple with the juice over the cake.
- Mix the pudding, milk and cream cheese, beatnig until smooth. Spread over pineapple layer. Spread whipped topping over top. Sprinkle with the nuts.
- Refrigerate.

- Mix instant pudding with milk for 3 minutes on medium speed of mixer. Blend in cream cheese. Spread this mixture on top of pineapple.
- Spread Cool Whip on top of pudding. Cover and refrigerate.

Pour into four 9 inch layer cake pans that have been greased and floured. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool. ICING: 1 lg. carton whipped topping 1 box (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix (use dry mix) 1 lg. can crushed pineapple (do not drain) 1 sm. cream cheese Mix ingredients with a wooden spoon. Spread on a cooled cake. Store this cake in the refrigerator.
