2 ½ cups heavy cream
2 ½ cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ (16 ounce) package angel hair pasta
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Combine cream, broth, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in the bottom of a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®). Stir to combine. Break pasta in half and lay it on top, making sure pasta is covered with liquid without stirring it. Close and lock the lid.
  • Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 3 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
  • Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid. Stir in Parmesan cheese.

2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1-1/2 cups milk
4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 to 1/2 cup diced fully cooked ham, optional

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute garlic in oil until lightly browned. Stir in the flour, cornstarch, garlic salt, pepper and basil until blended. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. , Reduce heat; whisk in cream cheese and Parmesan cheese until smooth. Add ham if desired; heat through. Drain pasta; add to sauce and toss to coat.

2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 1/2 cups milk
4 ounces cream cheese, diced
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to directions.
  • In lg skillet, saute garlic in oil.
  • Stir in flour, cornstarch, garlic salt, pepper and basil.
  • Slowly add milk; bring to a boil.
  • Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Reduce heat; stir in cream cheese and parmesan cheese.
  • Stir until smooth.
  • Add drained pasta, toss to coat.

1 pound shrimp, de-vained and de-tailed (frozen works well)
.5 cup olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
3 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
1.5 Tbsp black pepper
1 can Classico Alfredo Sauce or Classico Garlic Alfredo Sauce
A little garlic powder
1 lb angel hair pasta

Steps:

  • 1) Boil the shrimp (you can thaw it or boil it straight from the freezer) for about 5 minutes. Make sure you took off the tails.
  • 2) In a frying put the olive oil and heat.
  • 3) Then place the onion, garlic, Cajun seasoning and black pepper with the shrimp. This is where you will saute the ingredients together to give the shrimp a great flavor.
  • 4) Heat up the Alfredo sauce in a separate pot with the garlic powder.
  • 5) Then cook the pasta in another pot.
  • 6) When everything is finished, mix the Alfredo sauce and the shrimp with everything from the frying pan together. Place the shrimp and sauce on top of the pasta and enjoy!
