APPLE CHEDDAR TURKEY MELTS
These Apple Cheddar Turkey Melts are made on ciabatta rolls, layered with sharp cheddar cheese, leftover turkey, granny smith apple slices and sweet apple butter, warmed in the oven to melty perfection!

Number Of Ingredients 5
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Slice the rolls in half
- Layer the bottom half of each roll with 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of turkey, 3 apple slices and 1 more slice of cheese
- Spread a thick layer of apple butter on the top half of each roll
- Place the top half on top of the cheese to close the sandwich
- Wrap each sandwich individually in aluminum foil
- Bake for 15 minutes, the cheese should be melted and the sandwich warmed through
- Enjoy immediately

- Spread mayonnaise over two slices of bread. Layer with green chiles, turkey and cheese. Top with remaining bread. Spread outsides of sandwiches with butter., In a large skillet, toast sandwiches over medium heat until golden brown and cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes on each side.

This recipe is a little bit of a twist on the turkey burger. The apples are really great in this dish!

Steps:
- In a bowl, combine turkey, scallions, parsley, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Form into four patties, pressing your thumb in the middle of each to prevent it from bulging.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for 6 minutes on each side for medium. Top each with 3 apple slices and 2 cheese slices, tent the pan with foil and cook until the cheese melts, 1 to 2 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together cranberry sauce and mustard, slather on muffin tops. Pile some lettuce on muffin bottoms, and set the burgers in the middle!
