Steps:
- Remove the core and thinly slice apples.
- Place apple slices in a large bowl and gently mix in sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
- In another bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, and butter. Mix until crumbly.
- Line a 9x13-inch (23x33 cm) baking dish with parchment paper and pour ⅔ of the oats mixture in the bottom of the pan, pressing firmly to pack it down to make a crust.
- Pour apples over the crust and spread in an even layer. Pour the remaining oat mixture over the top and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool completely before cutting.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 11x7 inch baking pan.
- Pour melted butter into a mixing bowl, and beat in the egg, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pumpkin pie spice together in a separate mixing bowl. Stir the flour mixture into the butter mixture until thoroughly blended. - In a medium bowl, combine the unsweetened applesauce, dried cranberries, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and orange zest. Mix until incorporated and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350°F, prepare pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In another medium bowl, combine ap flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Using a pastry blender (or use a dinner fork), cut the cold butter into small cubes and slowly add in until mixture resembles coarse crumbs - split mixture in half and reserve one half for the crumble topping.
