SWEET APPLE DESSERT PIZZA
This delicious sweet Apple Dessert Pizza features fresh, caramelized apples, and a homemade pizza dough ready in under 30 minutes tops! It is the perfect dessert to enjoy with the family.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees f.
- Add chopped apples, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and butter to a skillet, and cook until apples are tender. It will take about 5 minutes over medium heat. Apples will caramelize in a slightly thick, brown sauce. Once cooked, remove from heat and set aside.
- Combine one cup of all-purpose flour, Fleischmann's® RapidRise® Yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Whisk until combined, and then add to a stand mixer.
- Add very warm water, and oil to dry mixture. Turn mixer on medium speed, and using dough hook, start to work the mixture.
- Slowly add in remaining flour. For this recipe, I did use the full 2 1/4 cups of flour for the perfect consistency.
- Dough will start to form a ball on the hook and will be slightly sticky.
- Knead on a floured surface. If dough is too sticky sprinkle additional flour on it and work into the dough.
- Allow Fleischmann's® RapidRise® Yeast dough to rest for 10 minutes.
- Once it has rested, sprinkle half the cornmeal on your pizza stone and put it in the oven.
- Sprinkle the remaining cornmeal on the back of a baking sheet.
- Stretch and form dough ball into a 12-14" pizza crust; set aside.

- In a large bowl, combine 1-1/2 cups flour, sugar, yeast and salt. In a saucepan, heat water, milk and butter to 120°-130°. Add to dry ingredients; beat for 2 minutes. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a firm dough. Turn onto a floured surface; cover and let rest for 15 minutes., Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook and stir apples in butter over medium heat for 2 minutes. Combine the sugar, flour and cinnamon; stir into skillet. Cook 3 minutes longer. Reduce heat to low; cook, uncovered, for 4-6 minutes or until apples are tender, stirring frequently. , In a small bowl, combine the cheese topping ingredients. For streusel, in a small bowl, combine flour and sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. , Pat dough onto a greased 14-in. pizza pan, building up edges slightly. Spread with cheese topping, then apple topping. Sprinkle with streusel. Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Serve warm or cold.

- Dice 2 green apples into ¼-inch chunks. In a medium bowl mix cinnamon, sugar, and flour. Add the apples to your bowl and toss in the cinnamon mixture.
- In a medium bowl, add flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, oats and a pinch of salt, then mix well until combined. Cut the butter into small pieces.
- Spread the apple mixture on the dough evenly, keeping it off the crust edge. Next sprinkle the oat mixture all over the apples. Place the apple pizza in the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until cooked all the way through. Check right in the center to make sure the dough is cooked all the way through. Enjoy!
