Ingredients

3 can(s) white albacore tuna in water (6 oz each)
2 can(s) cream of mushroom soup, low sodium if possible) (26 oz each; family-size)
12 oz rainbow rotini pasta
8 oz shredded Tillamook sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz Kraft shredded four cheese blend
10 oz frozen peas (organic preferred)
1 pinch pepper, to taste
1 pinch salt, to taste

Steps:

1. Cook pasta al dente (9 minutes) or as directed on package. Drain.
2. Combine in the pot pasta, cream of mushroom soup, tuna, peas, salt, pepper, and cheese. Mix thoroughly.
3. Transfer into a covered casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
4. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes prior to serving. Serving suggestions - serve with crusty bread and salad or green veggie. ;) Enjoy!
5. Note: Sometimes I use 4 cans of tuna and reduce the cheese slightly - depends on our moods and how flaky I think the tuna is.

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles
¼ cup chopped onion
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup frozen green peas
2 (5 ounce) cans tuna, drained
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
½ (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 cup crushed potato chips

Steps:

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix noodles, onion, 1 cup cheese, peas, tuna, soup and mushrooms. Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish, and top with potato chip crumbs and remaining 1 cup cheese.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is bubbly.
