- Preheat oven to 425°. Place a wire rack in a 15×10x1-inch baking pan. Place bacon strips in a single layer on rack. Bake until crisp, about 20 minutes. When cool enough to handle, chop bacon; set aside. Reserve 2 tablespoons drippings., Reduce oven setting to 325°. Line an 8-in. square baking pan with foil, letting ends extend up sides; grease foil. In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, water, oil, egg, chipotle powder and reserved bacon drippings. Stir in chocolate chips and half the chopped bacon. Transfer to prepared pan. Swirl in caramel packet included with brownie mix. Bake and cool as package directs., Serve brownies with marshmallow creme, caramel, graham crackers, remaining bacon and ice cream, if desired.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
- Fry bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until nearly crisp, about 5 minutes. Add honey and stir until the foaming subsides. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon to a plate to cool.
- Mix melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl; mix in eggs.
- Sift flour, cocoa powder, and salt together in a bowl; add to the egg mixture. Fold bacon and chocolate chips into the mixture; pour into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 25 to 35 minutes. Allow brownies to cool for 20 minutes before cutting into squares.

- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Spray with cooking spray. Microwave unsweetened chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add sugar and eggs; mix well. Stir in flour; pour into prepared pan.
- Microwave caramels and cream in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until caramels begin to melt; stir until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in 1/2 cup bacon. Drop, in spoonfuls, over batter in pan; swirl gently.
- Bake 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over brownie. Sprinkle with remaining bacon. Let stand until chocolate glaze is firm. Use foil handles to remove brownie from pan before cutting to serve.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 8x10 inch baking pan.
- Combine cake mix, 1/2 of the evaporated milk, the butter or margarine and the chopped nuts. Mix until combined and spread 1/2 of the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 6 minutes.
- Melt the caramels and the remaining evaporated milk.
- Remove brownies from oven. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the brownies then pour the melted caramel mixture over the top. Spread the remaining batter over the top of the caramel. Return pan to oven and bake for an additional 18 minutes. Let brownies cool before serving.
