Steps:
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Cut half the cheese into 32 small cubes; shred remaining cheese.
- Mix butter, garlic and parsley until blended. Drizzle 1 Tbsp. butter mixture onto bottom of 9-inch round pan sprayed with cooking spray. Place 1 each cheese cube and bacon piece on center of each dough piece; press dough around cheese and bacon until completely enclosed. Place in prepared pan.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese; drizzle with remaining butter mixture.
- Bake 35 min. or until golden brown. Cool 10 min. before removing from pan to serve.

BACON RANCH CHEESY BREAD

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Put the Monterey Jack, Cheddar, parsley, bacon and onion whites in a bowl and mix well.
- Cut the bread in strips in one direction, being careful not to cut all the way through the loaf. Rotate the bread 90 degrees and cut in the other direction to create small squares across the top of the loaf. Move slowly and use caution. Place the bread on a large sheet of aluminum foil.
- Stuff the cheese mixture in between the rows of squares. Mix the melted butter and ranch dressing, then drizzle over the top. Wrap the loaf in the foil and bake for 25 minutes. Open the foil and continue to bake until heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly, another 10 minutes. Sprinkle with the onion greens and serve immediately.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Slice the camembert into thick matchsticks.
- Make deep, thick slits into the bread without cutting all the way through, about 90% down is good.
- Rotate the bread 90° and make more cuts, 90% through again, creating little sticks of bread that are all held together by the crust at the bottom.

- Select loaf size and add the ingredients according to manufacturer's directions.
- Select dough cycle.
- When dough is complete, remove to floured surface.
- Cover with plastic wrap: let rest 5 minutes.
- Shape the dough into a loaf of four balls.
- Place in a greased 23 cm by 12 cm loaf pan.
- Cover with a tea towel and let rise in the warm place until doubled (50 to 60 minutes depending).
- Bake at 190 degrees Celsius, 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 to 35 minutes, or until golden.
