Steps:
- Mix all ingredients together but don't over mix. Form into 6 patties. Be sure the jalapenos are tucked into the patties well so they don't fall out as the burgers cook. Grill over medium high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side, flipping once. They can also be cooked in a skillet over medium high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side, flipping once. Don't over handle to keep juicy.

BACON JALAPENO CHEDDAR BURGER BOWLS
Burger Bowls are a low carb way enjoy that juicy burger, it's so full of flavor you won't even realize your missing the bun! A lean ground beef burger bowl is stuffed with bacon, melted cheese, cream cheese and jalapenos and baked to perfection.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Line a baking sheet with foil. Divide meat into 6 balls. Use a clean jar or can to help form the ground beef into a bowl shape.
- Cut off the jalapeno pepper stem. Keep the jalapeno pepper membrane and seeds, or remove for a less spicy burger.
- Mix the cream cheese, jalapenos, bacon and cheese. Divide into 6 portions and fill each burger bowl with the cream cheese mixture.
- Add a piece of foil on top to make a foil tent (foil loosely covering) and bake for 30 minutes. Before serving garnish with additional cheddar cheese, bacon or jalapenos if desired.

- In a medium bowl combine all the cheese, diced jalapenos, bacon with salt and pepper using a fork until incorporated.
- form burger patties to about ¼ thick rounds and place 2 tbsp of the jalapeno mixture on top of one patty and then place another patty on top and pinch down the sides to seal.
- Sprinkle with chili powder and grill to your preferred doneness. Burgers are thick so roughly 5 minutes per side at 400°F

- Cook bacon. Drain and cut into small pieces. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On the stove, crumble ground beef onto a skillet, and cook meat along with onion and garlic, about 5-6 minutes. Add salt & pepper.
- Transfer ground beef into a 2.5 quart casserole. Mix bacon in with the ground beef.
- Whisk together eggs, cream, jalapenos, salt, pepper, and half of the shredded cheese. Pour mixture over the ground beef and bacon.
- Top casserole with remaining cheese and bake for 35 minutes in the oven. Serve warm with any desired keto friendly toppings.

- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef with garlic and onion powder until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.
- Spread beef onto the bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole pan. Stir in bacon pieces.
- Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined. Stir in 8 ounces Cheddar cheese.

I used to saute onions and fresh jalapenos to top our grilled cheeseburgers. Not any more! I mix the chopped fresh jalapenos, onions and shredded cheddar right into the hamburger patties. Oh, my. To complete the flavor attack you could add slices of crispy bacon to the pile....your choice!
