1 pound ground beef
1 egg
½ cup parmesan cheese
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup jalapeno peppers, chopped small
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp garlic pepper

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together but don't over mix. Form into 6 patties. Be sure the jalapenos are tucked into the patties well so they don't fall out as the burgers cook. Grill over medium high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side, flipping once. They can also be cooked in a skillet over medium high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side, flipping once. Don't over handle to keep juicy.

2 lbs extra lean ground beef
2 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
2 jalapenos
6 slices bacon (cooked)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix together ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil. Divide meat into 6 balls. Use a clean jar or can to help form the ground beef into a bowl shape.
  • Cut off the jalapeno pepper stem. Keep the jalapeno pepper membrane and seeds, or remove for a less spicy burger.
  • Mix the cream cheese, jalapenos, bacon and cheese. Divide into 6 portions and fill each burger bowl with the cream cheese mixture.
  • Add a piece of foil on top to make a foil tent (foil loosely covering) and bake for 30 minutes. Before serving garnish with additional cheddar cheese, bacon or jalapenos if desired.

4 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup shredded cheddar
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup diced jalapenos
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl combine all the cheese, diced jalapenos, bacon with salt and pepper using a fork until incorporated.
  • form burger patties to about ¼ thick rounds and place 2 tbsp of the jalapeno mixture on top of one patty and then place another patty on top and pinch down the sides to seal.
  • Sprinkle with chili powder and grill to your preferred doneness. Burgers are thick so roughly 5 minutes per side at 400°F

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
pinch of salt & pinch of pepper
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
3 large eggs
2 oz. chopped jalapenos, canned
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
7 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
Any desired keto burger toppings such as pickles, lettuce, chopped tomato, etc.

Steps:

  • Cook bacon. Drain and cut into small pieces. Set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On the stove, crumble ground beef onto a skillet, and cook meat along with onion and garlic, about 5-6 minutes. Add salt & pepper.
  • Transfer ground beef into a 2.5 quart casserole. Mix bacon in with the ground beef.
  • Whisk together eggs, cream, jalapenos, salt, pepper, and half of the shredded cheese. Pour mixture over the ground beef and bacon.
  • Top casserole with remaining cheese and bake for 35 minutes in the oven. Serve warm with any desired keto friendly toppings.
