This decadent affogato espresso drink with a splash of Baileys® Irish cream is perfect after dinner or any time you'd like your day to be instantly better. It's a quick, easy, and refreshing treat.

  • Scoop ice cream into 2 coffee cups. Pour 2 ounces espresso into each cup over the ice cream. Pour a splash of Irish cream on top of each.
