This Baked Ravioli and Spinach is the perfect weeknight meal.

Number Of Ingredients 4

24 oz Bag of Frozen Ravioli
2 Cups Spinach Leaves
24 oz Jar Spaghetti Sauce
2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In an oil sprayed 7x11 or 9x13 pan, add 1/3 of the spaghetti sauce.
  • Layer ½ of the ravioli evenly on the bottom. Add another 1/3 of the sauce on top the ravioli, then layer ½ the spinach and ½ the cheese on top of the sauce.
  • Next, place the other ½ of the frozen ravioli. Layer the remaining spinach and top with the remaining cheese.
  • Cover with foil and place in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
  • Take out, uncover and place back in the oven for an additional 10 Minutes. Serve and Enjoy!

2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Place 1 cup spaghetti sauce in a greased shallow 2-qt. baking dish. Top with half of the ravioli, mozzarella cheese, spinach and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers. , Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.

1 package (4-6 serving pkg) refrigerated spinach and mozzarella ravioli (or ravioli of choice), [i]gluten free if needed[/i]
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1-10 ounce bag fresh baby spinach
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a greased 9x9 or baking dish, place 1 cup pasta sauce. Top with half of the ravioli, spinach and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.

4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups whole milk
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
2 9-ounce packages refrigerated cheese ravioli
1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 ounces low-moisture mozzarella, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 cup grated grana padano or parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the broiler. Melt the butter in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion, garlic and rosemary and cook, stirring often, until the onion is soft and just starts browning, about 6 minutes.
  • Sprinkle in the flour and cook, stirring, until smooth and bubbling, about 2 minutes. Stir in 2 cups water, the milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a gentle simmer. Stir in the ravioli and cook, stirring occasionally, until the ravioli are tender and the sauce thickens, 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat. Discard the rosemary sprigs and stir in the spinach. Sprinkle with the mozzarella and grana padano. Place the skillet under the broiler until golden and bubbling, about 5 minutes.

10 oz baby spinach
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Half of one medium yellow onion, (diced)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
16 oz crushed tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper, (optional)
1 10-oz package refrigerated ravioli ((see note for using frozen))
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
6 fresh basil leaves, (sliced thin)
4 oz mozzarella cheese, (shredded)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray an 8"x8" baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add baby spinach leaves and let boil for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Immediately place spinach in a colander and run cold water over top. Set aside.
  • Add olive oil to a skillet set over medium heat. Add onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes, then add garlic. Continue sautéing for another 2 minutes, then remove skillet from the heat.
  • Add crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, and crushed red pepper. Stir.
  • Squeeze as much moisture as you can out of the spinach and place in an even layer on the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Pour about half of the sauce on top of the spinach, and then place the ravioli over top in a single layer.
  • Pour remaining sauce over the ravioli and evenly sprinkle Parmesan. Scatter basil slices over top and then mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 12 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbling and the cheese is melted.

1 (28 ounce) jar marinara sauce (Prego Chunky Garden Tomato with Black Olive and Garlic preferred)
1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed of liquid (fresh spinach can also be used and is easier than thawing)
black pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Pour some tomato sauce into bottom of 9x13 inch casserole (just enough to keep the bottom wet).
  • Place a layer of frozen ravioli (no need to thaw or pre-cook) in the sauce. Sprinkle with spinach, Parmesan, and mozzarella.
  • Place another layer of ravioli. Pour the rest of sauce over the ravioli.
  • Sprinkle rest of cheeses over the sauce. Season with black pepper to taste.
  • Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake for another 30 minutes or until cheese melts and sauce bubbles.
