- In a large bowl, beat eggs, yogurt, bananas, maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix in flour, oats, nutmeg, and baking powder. Stir until combined. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and peanut butter and mix until it resembles a coarse crumb. Sprinkle on top of batter.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes or until golden brown.

- Spray 2 (9x5-inch) loaf pans with cooking spray; line with parchment, with ends of parchment extending over long sides. Combine peanut butter, oats and sugar.
- Whisk eggs, bananas and oil in medium bowl until blended; stir in chocolate morsels. Mix cake mix and dry pudding mix in large bowl until blended. Add banana mixture; mix well.
- Pour into prepared pans. Top with peanut butter mixture; press lightly into batter with back of spoon.
- Bake 55 min. to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 min.; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease a 5x9 inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs; beat well. Stir in peanut butter, bananas, flour and baking soda until blended. Fold in walnuts. Pour into prepared pan.

- Make streusel: Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter an 8 1/2-by-4 1/2-inch loaf pan; line with parchment paper, leaving a 2-inch overhang on long sides. Whisk together flour and brown sugar in a bowl combined. Add butter, peanuts, and salt. Stir with a fork until clumps form; chill.
- Make bread: Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Whisk together bananas, brown sugar, granulated sugar, butter, and eggs until combined in a second bowl.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Prepare a 9x5 inch loaf pan by lining with parchment paper so it hangs off the long sides of the pan but not the short. Grease thoroughly with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together the butter and sugar on medium-high speed for 4-5 minutes, until light in color and fluffy.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula and add eggs one at time on medium-low speed, completely combining between each egg addition.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add sour cream and vanilla. Mix over medium-low speed until completely combined.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add the bananas and mix on medium-low until there are no visible banana chunks.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl. On low speed, gradually add in the dry ingredients until completely mixed, but do not over mix.
- In a medium bowl, add all ingredients for the streusel and use a fork or your fingers to mix together until crumbly.
- Pour the banana bread batter into your prepared pan. Top with streusel mixture.
- Bake the bread for 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, until completely baked through. You should be able to wiggle the loaf pan with no jiggling of the center of the loaf.
- Remove from oven and place on wire rack to cool. Cool completely before serving.

- Heat oven to 350°F; grease three (3) 5 3/4 X 3 1/4 x 2 inch disposable mini-loaf pans (2 8 1/2 X 4 1/2 loaf pans can be used as well).
- Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Beat bananas, eggs, sugar and butter in a large bowl until smooth.
- On low speed, gradually beat in flour mixture.
- Divide among the prepared pans.
- Streusel: Mix flour, sugar, butter, nutmeg and cinnamon in bowl with a fork until crumbly.
- Sprinkle evenly over batter.
- Bake in 350°F oven 30 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- If streusel is browning too quickly, cover loosely with foil.
- Cool cakes in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes.
- Remove cakes from pans to racks to cool completely.

- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease and flour 2 8x4 inch loaf pans.
- Make bread batter by beating butter and cream cheese at medium speed with electric mixer until creamy.
- Add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beating until just blended.
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add this to butter mixture, stirring just until blended.
- Stir in bananas, pecans, and vanilla. Pour batter into pans.
- Make streusel by combining the flour and brown sugar in a small bowl. Cut in the butter and peanut butter with a pastry blender or fork until the mixture resembles small peas.
- Sprinkle the mixture over the batter, and bake for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. If necessary, shield the top with foil for last 15 minutes to prevent browning.
- Cool bread in pans for 10 minutes, remove from pan, and allow to cool on a wire rack for another 30 minutes.
