BUBBLE UP BBQ CHICKEN AND BEANS BAKE
This recipe turns the flavors of a backyard barbecue into a casserole with chicken, bacon, cheese, beans, barbecue sauce, and fluffy biscuits!

Steps:
- Pre-heat the oven to 350. Lightly mist a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- Cook the bacon according to package directions until crisp and set on paper towels to dry. Chop into smaller pieces.
- Place the chicken, beans, barbecue sauce, tomato sauce and chopped bacon in the baking dish and stir together until combined. Add the biscuit pieces and stir in to coat. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top. Return to the oven for another 15 minutes until the casserole is hot and the biscuits have bubbled up. Slice into 6 pieces and serve.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Heat 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink in center. Remove from heat. Cool slightly, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, separate dough into 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Set aside. Place cooked chicken in medium bowl. Pour barbecue sauce over chicken; stir to combine. Add biscuit dough pieces to chicken mixture; gently toss to combine. Spread mixture evenly in baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Sprinkle cilantro over top. Serve immediately.

BARBECUE CHICKEN BUBBLE-UP BAKE
Steps:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees...Spray 13 x 9 pan (glass is fine) Cook chicken in skillet until no longer pink inside...cool 5 minutes
- Separate and cut each biscuit dough in 4 - 6 pieces
- Place cooked chicken in medium bowl combine with barbecue Sauce and combine...gently fold in the biscuit pieces
- Spread mixture evenly in baking dish and sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over top of mixture
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted...sprinkle Cilantro on top...If not a cilantro fan will be fine without it or use a seasoning of your choice
BAKED BBQ CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS
These baked barbeque chicken drumsticks are ready in less than 50 minutes and taste sweet, tangy, and juicy. I used Baby Ray's® barbeque sauce for ease and convenience but feel free to use homemade barbeque sauce.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne together in a large bowl. Add drumsticks and toss to coat. Spread out on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with barbeque sauce. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes. Flip drumsticks, brush with barbeque sauce, and bake an additional 7 to 8 minutes.
- Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and turn on the oven's broiler.
- Brush drumsticks with more barbeque sauce and broil for 3 to 4 minutes. Flip drumsticks, brush with barbeque sauce, and broil until chicken is no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, 3 to 4 more minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
