Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine egg, yogurt, bread crumbs, onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add ground turkey; mix well.
  • Shape turkey mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Place meatballs in a foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake about 20 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink. Drain on paper towels. 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 to 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Combine egg, bread crumbs, onion and pepper. Add turkey; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 1-in. balls. Place on a greased rack in a 15x10x1-in. pan. 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons canola oil
3/4 cup finely ground fresh breadcrumbs (from 3 to 4 slices white bread, crusts removed)
1/2 cup milk
1 pound ground turkey (93/7 ratio)
1/2 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
1 clove garlic, grated
1/4 cup packed parsley leaves, finely chopped (about 2 tablespoons chopped)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 large egg, lightly beaten

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drizzle the olive oil and canola oil in an even layer over the paper.
  • Pour the breadcrumbs into a large mixing bowl, pour the milk over top and stir to fully moisten the breadcrumbs. Add the remaining ingredients to the mixing bowl and mix with your hands just until combined.
  • Scoop 1/4-cupfuls of meatball mixture and place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet; you should have 12 meatballs. Gently roll them into balls. Bake until bottoms are golden brown, about 15 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 325 degrees F and continue to bake for 15 to 20 minutes more until the meatballs are cooked through.

1- 1.5 pounds ground turkey
½ cup onion, very finely minced
1 egg
¼ cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¾ cup BBQ sauce, divided
2 tablespoons oil

Steps:

  • Pre-heat the oven to 375. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (not totally required but makes for much easier cleanup!).
  • In a large bowl, using your hands, mix together all the ingredients except the BBQ sauce and oil.
  • Mix in 3-4 tablespoons of the BBQ sauce; enough to help it bind and add flavor. If you feel like your mixture is too moist add more breadcrumbs.
  • Heat the oil in the skillet.
  • Roll the turkey mixture into 1½ inch balls and drop into the heated skillet in batches (I cook about 8 at a time) Roll them around after a minute so they brown relatively evenly. Remove the browned meatballs to the prepared baking sheet and repeat until they are all browned.
  • Spoon the remaining BBQ sauce over each meatball and bake for 15-20 minutes, until they are cooked through.
  • Serve with more BBQ sauce if you're feeling saucy.

3 stalks celery, grated
3 cloves garlic, grated
1 small onion, grated
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 cups frozen mango
1 cup barbecue sauce
3/4 cup agave
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 habanero peppers, sliced
Sliced green onions, for garnish

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Put the turkey in a bowl and add the celery, garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Mix well and scoop into golf ball-size meatballs. Place them onto the prepared baking sheet as you go. Bake until cooked through and browned, 15 to 17 minutes.
  • Meanwhile make the sauce. Add the mango, barbecue sauce, agave, soy sauce and habanero peppers to a saucepan with 1/2 cup of water and stir. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes to thicken slightly and enhance the heat of the peppers. Puree with an immersion blender or use a food processor.
  • Toss the meatballs with the sauce until well coated. Place on a serving platter and garnish with the sliced green onions.

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400˚F (200°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Once the oil begins to shimmer, add the onion and cook, stirring often, until softened and golden brown, about 7 minutes.
  • Add the garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until aromatic, about 1 minute. Remove the pan from the heat and let the onion mixture cool to room temperature.

1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 egg white
1 (20 ounce) package lean ground turkey, any variety
1 green onion, with top sliced
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
1 teaspoon reduced sodium soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (optional)
nonstick cooking spray

Steps:

  • Slow Cooker Directions: Combine cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce in slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH 20 to 30 minutes or until cranberry sauce is melted and mixture is hot, stirring every 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, place egg white in medium bowl; beat lightly. Add turkey, green onion, orange peel, soy sauce, black pepper and ground red pepper, if desired; mix well with hands until well blended.
