1 Pint Sour Cream
1 8 oz Pkg Cream Cheese (softened )
1 2.25 Jar Dried Beef
3 Tbsp Dried Dill Weed
2 Tbsp Parsley Flakes
2 Tbsp Dried minced onion or 1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Green Onion (Optional for Garnish )
Bread of choice

Steps:

  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat sour cream and softened cream cheese until smooth
  • Mix in all other ingredients except green onions and bread
  • Chill for a minimum of 1 hour - garnish with green onions and serve with favorite bread

Assorted crackers or vegetables

Steps:

  • Crumble corned beef into a large bowl. In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, onion, dill and seasoned salt. Pour over beef; toss to coat. Serve with crackers or vegetables.

1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1 small onion
1 pound lean ground beef
1 (4 ounce) can canned jalapeno pepper
½ cup hot sauce
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
3 bunches green onion, diced
16 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the kidney beans, refried beans, onion, ground beef, jalapenos, hot sauce and taco seasoning. Cook for 10 minutes or until beef is brown.
  • Add the green onions and grated cheese just before serving. Serve hot with tortilla chips and sliced jalapenos if desired.

1 lb lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped green chilies
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (8 ounce) package shredded monterey jack pepper cheese
1 (8 ounce) package shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  • In a large skillet, combine ground chuck and onion; cook over medium-high heat until beef is browned and crumbled. Drain well.
  • Stir in cream cheese, beans and chiles. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until combined. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in sour cream, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper jack cheese and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese.
  • Spoon mixture into prepared dish; sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese.
  • Bake 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  • Serve with corn chips.

1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon horseradish prepared
1 teaspoon dill weed dried
1 (2 1/2-ounce) jar dried beef sliced, rinsed, drained and chopped
1/4 cup pecan chopped

Steps:

  • At least 25 minutes or up to 2 days before serving:1. In a small mixer bowl at medium speed, beat cream cheese until fluffy and smooth. At low speed, beat in sour cream, horseradish and dill weed until blended. Stir in beef. Pour into a 2-cup decorative baking dish. If making ahead, cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.2. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350° oven for 10 to 15 minutes or just until heated through (do not allow to boil on the edges).
