BERRY BREAKFAST COBBLER
A simple and delicious breakfast option. Very filling and great for after that morning workout. For more crunch, some pecans and almonds can be ground in a food processor with almond oil and then added to the cobbler.

BLUEBERRY CROISSANT BREAKFAST BAKE RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:
- In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
- Add eggs, and while beating slowly incorporate the milk until creamy. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C.)
- Using cold crescent dough, roll up crescent rolls and curve into crescent shape.
- Place rolls in an ungreased 9x9 (23x23) pan.
- Pour blueberries over the crescent rolls.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over rolls and blueberries.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes or until rolls have become golden brown.
- Top with powdered sugar.
- Enjoy!

Steps:
- Combine warm water and 1 teaspoon sugar in a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle yeast over the surface. Let sit until yeast becomes foamy, about 10 minutes. Stir in 2 cups flour, eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter; mix until dough takes on the consistency of oatmeal. Add remaining flour. Knead with fists until dough is smooth and elastic.
- Turn oven to warm setting. Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl; set inside oven. Warm until dough has doubled in volume, about 1 hour.
- Remove risen dough from oven; punch down dough with hands until deflated. Place back in oven; allow to rise until doubled again, about 45 minutes. Remove from oven and punch down dough to deflate. Place on a lightly floured surface.
- Lightly grease 12 muffin cups.
- Divide dough into 12 equal portions. Roll out portions with the palm of your hand to flatten, shape into small rectangles. Place blueberries evenly in the center of each dough portion. Roll up dough and pinch the ends together; place rolls seam-side up into muffin cups. Sprinkle white sugar over roll tops. Allow to rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and carefully loosen the edges to remove the rolls from the muffin cups.

Steps:
- Stir flour, salt, baking powder and 1/2 cup sugar.
- Combine milk, eggs and 1/2 cup melted butter.
- Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
- Place on lightly floured board and knead lightly 10 times.
- Roll or pat into rectangular shape 1/4 inch thick.
- Mix 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon and 1/2 cup melted butter. Spread over dough.
- Roll dough as for jelly roll.
- Seal edges and cut into half inch slices.
- Combine remaining butter, brown sugar and nuts.
- Sprinkle lightly over bottoms of greased muffin pans.
- Arrange slices cutside down over this mixture.
- Bake 375F 25-30 minutes.
- Turn pans upside down on cooling rack and lift off rolls.
- Serve hot.

- Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Lightly grease sixteen 2-1/2-inch muffin cups. Cut each cinnamon roll in half crosswise; set icing aside. Press roll half in bottom and halfway up side of each muffin cup.
- For filling, in a small bowl stir together blueberries, preserves, and lemon peel. Spoon filling into muffin cups. Sprinkle with pecans.
- Bake in preheated oven about 12 minutes or until golden. Cool in cups on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from cups and place on a wire rack.
- For icing, if necessary, in a small bowl stir a little milk into the packaged icing to make it drizzling consistency. Drizzle over rolls. Serve warm. Makes 16 rolls.
