1- box Twinkies
1- carton fresh strawberries
1- container of strawberry glaze (should be near the strawberries)
1- package of instant vanilla pudding
2- cups 2% milk (you can use whole if that is what you have on hand)
1- container of frozen whipped topping (thaw before putting cake together)
Paring knife
9 x 13 Rectangular pan
Aluminum foil
Mixing bowl
2- spoons

Steps:

  • Detailed instructions are below if you are not clear how to make this dish, but basically:
  • Unwrap Twinkies and cut them long ways.
  • Layer in pan
  • Mix vanilla pudding and pour over Twinkies.
  • Add strawberry and gel mixture.
  • Top with whipped cream.

This No Bake Strawberry Twinkie Cake is super easy to make. With ready-made Twinkies, whipped topping, and instant pudding, it comes together in minutes!

10 Hostess Twinkies
3 cups of sliced/diced strawberries (plus extra strawberries for topping)
3.5 oz instant vanilla pudding
1.5 cups cold milk
8 oz whipped topping

Steps:

  • Slice twinkies in half lengthwise and lay evenly cream side up in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • Sprinkle sliced strawberries on top of twinkies.
  • In a separate bowl, combine instant pudding mix with milk.
  • Whisk together for about 4-5 min until combined slightly thickened .
  • Pour pudding mixture evenly over strawberries.
  • Last, spread cool whipped topping over pudding layer. Garnish cake with fresh strawberries ( you will want to do this right before serving, after the chilling process. )
  • Cover and store cake in the fridge. Let it set for at least 1-2 hours.

4 cups whipped cream
2 cups strawberries, diced
2 cups strawberries, sliced
1 3.4 ounce box Jell-O banana cream pudding mix
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
2 tablespoons confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Rinse strawberries, pat dry. Slice half the strawberries, mix with confectioners sugar and set aside. Dice remaining strawberries place in separate bowl and set aside to top cake with. Place unwrapped Twinkies in a medium casserole dish. Mix pudding with milk, vanilla and heavy cream, and pour over Twinkies. Top with sliced strawberries, then top with whipped cream. Place diced strawberries on top of whipped cream, cover with saran wrap and refrigerate for about 3 hours.

2 box twinkies cream filled cakes
1 large box of strawberry jello
1 large box vanilla instant pudding mix
1 can(s) strawberry pie filling
1 large cool whip
sliced strawberries, for top (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Line 9x13 inch pan with the Twinkies. Mix jello according to directions on box and pour over top of Twinkies. Mix pudding mix according to package directions and pour over the jello layer. Pour pie filling over top of pudding. Top with layer of Cool Whip. Slice strawberries over the top

Plan ahead this needs to chill for a minimum of 2 hours before serving, purchase the ready-made glaze for this, if you like a lot of cream topping then use a 12-ounce container of Cool Whip topping, 16 servings is only estimated I can eat this whole cake myself lol! --- see note on bottom for a thinner twinkie crust -- you will *LOVE* this! :)

5 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 (18 ounce) jar strawberry glaze
16 Hostess Twinkies (purchase a few more just in case you need them)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Prepare a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  • Mix the strawberry slices with the glaze; chill until ready to use.
  • Place the whole twinkies into the bottom of the pan, pressing down slightly (do not slice the twinkies leave in one piece).
  • In a bowl using an electric mixer at medium speed beat softened cream cheese with condensed milk until smooth.
  • Fold in the 8-ounce container using a spatula until combined.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the twinkies.
  • Spoon the berries over the cream cheese mixture.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and chill for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
  • *NOTE* for a thinner twinkie crust use 8 twinkies and slice in half lengthwise, spread into bottom of the pan.

My Hubby said an RV Buddy sent him this recipe and he wants me to make it for him....OK. Much to my amazement, this was good! So I thought maybe some of you all would like to make it too. I finally got my photos downloaded and posted on here...all pix are mine. (Photos are all by CinStraw)

1 1/2 box twinkies (about 15)
1 large box strawberry jello
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
2 c whipped cream-or-cool whip (more if you like, and we do)
(IF USING COOL WHIP, I ADD A BIT OF SUGAR AND VANILLA WHIPPED INTO IT; MAKES IT TASTE MORE LIKE HOMEMADE)
''NOW START''
LINE 9"X13" CAKE PAN WITH THE TWINKIES

Steps:

  • 1. Mix Jello with 2 cups hot water. Stir until completely dissolved, then pour in 1 cup "very cold" water (or use strawberry soda). Pour over Twinkies (already in pan) and put in the refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. NOTE: Let me tell you here, I would let the Jell-O on the twinkies set up in the frig longer than the 30 min's suggested, before adding the other layers. I was even thinking about letting the Jell-O set up some, then pushing the twinkies down into it, before starting to build the other layers. It stayed just a little "wetter" than we liked.
  • 2. Mix the vanilla pudding as directed (I use the shaker method). Spread over the set Twinkie mixture.
  • 3. Top with whipped cream or cool whip. Put back in the refrigerate until set or until ready to serve.
  • 4. NOTES: for alterations Substitute pound cake or loaf style angel food cake for the Twinkies (cut into slices). Spread 2 cups fresh or frozen (defrosted) sliced strawberries over the Twinkies/cake slices, then pour on the Jello. Now finish with rest of the directions right above. Also, you can cut this down by using less Twinkie cakes and make it in a 9"x9" square pan....just don't forget to ♥START WITH YOUR TWINKIE LAYER♥

1 1/2 cups hot water
2 cups fat-free cool whip
1 cup fresh strawberries

Steps:

  • Unwrap each Twinkie and place into a 9X13 pan.
  • Mix the Jello with the water and gently pour over the Twinkies. Try to just get the liquid on the Twinkies and not all over the pan.
  • Spread the cool whip evenly on top and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Top with sliced strawberries.
