BETTER THAN SEX CAKE (YELLOW)
This delicious cake needs to be refrigerated until serving time. If you plan to take it to a picnic or carry-in dinner, I'd recommend freezing it in advance and transporting it in a cooler. Steps:
- Bake cake mix as directed on box. Use a 9x13 pan.
- Punch holes in the cake and set aside.
- Cook sugar and pineapple until boiling well. Pour over the cake and refrigerate overnight.
- Prepare vanilla pudding as directed and pour over cake.
- Top with Cool Whip.
- Sprinkle with pecans and coconut.
- Keep refrigerated or frozen prior to serving.

Steps:
- Prepare and bake cake by directions on box. Cool.
- In a saucepan, bring to a boil the can of pineapple and the sugar; boil until sugar is dissolved, stirring.
- Poke holes in cake with a fork and spread this mixture over top of cake.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
- Then prepare pudding by box directions.
- Spread pudding over the top of first topping.
- Cover with foil and refrigerate over night.
- At serving time, spread on the whipped topping and sprinkle with the coconut.
- ENJOY!

IS IT REALLY BETTER THAN SEX? CAKE
I brought this to a pot luck last night and it was the talk of the party because of its name! Everybody wanted to try it and everyone loved it! The cake was so moist and fresh tasting that a few people actually claimed it to be better than sex! One guy wouldn't even try it because he says that there's nothing better than sex! The cake brought a bunch of laughter that evening!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Prepare yellow cake mix as directed using a greased 13x9x2-inch pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
- While cake is baking, combine the pineapple and 1 cup of sugar in a saucepan, and bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
- Remove cake from oven and using a fork, pierce holes into cake.
- Pour pineapple mixture over hot cake and set aside.
- Prepare pudding according to package directions.
- Spread pudding over cake and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
- Whip heavy cream and remaining 1/3 cup sugar until stiff.
- Cover top of cake with whipped cream and sprinkle toasted coconut on top.

- Prepare and bake cake mix according to box directions for a 9 x 13 inch cake pan.
- While the cake is baking, combine pineapple with juice and 3/4 cup sugar in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes until thick and syrupy, stirring occasionally. Pierce top of hot cake with fork at 1 inch intervals. Pour pineapple mixture over cake. Cool completely.
- Beat pudding mix with milk until smooth. Spread pudding over cooled cake.
- Whip cream until slightly thickened. Add confectioner's sugar and vanilla, and whip until soft peaks form. Spread over top of cake. Chill cake for 24 hours. Sprinkle with coconut and pecans just before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
