Steps:
- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onions and garlic; saute until brown and thoroughly cooked, about 8 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.
- Add the Worcestershire sauce, bacon, egg, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce to the onions and garlic. Mix well.
- Add the beef and combine with your hands or a wooden spoon until evenly distributed.
- Form into 4 large patties.
- Grill 5 minutes; turn over and top each patty with a slice of cheese. Cook 4 to 5 minutes until desired doneness.
- Serve on rolls with your favorite condiments.

- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil. Add beef tenderloin, pepper and salt. Mix together. Allow to cook for a few minutes. Add onions, peppers and garlic and stir. Mix in steak sauce, brown sugar, hot sauce and dry mustard. Cook until browned.
- Serve on toasted brioche.

- Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Cook and stir onion and mushrooms in melted butter until the onions are very tender and beginning to brown, 10 to 15 minutes. Sprinkle brown sugar over the mixture and continue cooking until the onions caramelize, 5 to 10 minutes more; remove from heat and set aside.
- Mix ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, horseradish, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, dried onion, salt, and black pepper in a bowl; shape into 4 patties about 6 inches wide and 1/2 inch thick.
- Cook burgers on preheated grill until completely browned, about 3 minutes per side. Reduce heat to medium and cook burgers another 3 minutes per side, topping each burger with a slice of pepperjack cheese for the last minute of cooking.
- Top each burger with about 1/4 of the mushroom and onion mixture, 3 pieces of bacon, and 1 tablespoon guacamole to serve.

These are nice, big, juicy hamburgers, fit for a king!! They are plump and do not flatten out. You may find yourself sneaking to the fridge in the middle of the night for seconds.

- In large bowl mix everything well. I usually have to use my hands to get everything mixed evenly.
- Form 4-5 large balls of meat out of the mix. I form them into balls first and then just flatten about half way. These burgers will not flatten much at all, so make them as large/small as you want.
- Once your burger is in it's desired shape ***VERY IMPORTANT*** use your finger and make a dent in the middle of the burger on just the top side. It should be the size of say a quarter and go as deep as about half the burger. Do not poke hole all the way through.
- Heat large skillet to medium high and brown burgers until they are done to your liking. For cheeseburgers put cheese slices on for about 1-2 minutes. Place in buns and use desired condiments. Top burgers with tomatoes, onions, and lettuce.

- Roll half of the beef mince into a ball and pat it down until a finger thick, bigger than palm size patty. Repeat with remaining beef.
- Fry both patties with salt and pepper for 2 and a half minutes a side. Add 1 cheese single to one of the patties.
- Toast the burger buns on a dry pan on medium heat until one of the sides is golden brown.
- Mix all the sauce ingredients and set aside.
- Time to build this bad boy! Spread burger sauce on a bun, sprinkle diced onion, shredded lettuce, place the patty with cheese, place another slice of bun.
- Then more sauce, more onion, shredded lettuce, gherkin slices, another patty, and the last slice of bun!
- Dig in and get lovin' it!
