Bistro Beef Bites image

I found this recipe from Taste of Home. This is one of my best crowd pleasers. I have also used the same ingredients and just put them into tartlet shells.

4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
16 slice french bread baguette
1/4 lb sliced deli roast beef
6 Tbsp sour cream
8 small grape tomatoes, halves
16 sprig(s) fresh parsley
dash salt
dash pepper

Steps:

  • 1. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and horseradish. Spread over bread slices. Top each with beef, sour cream, a tomato half and a parsley sprig. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
