BLACKBERRY LIME INFUSED TEQUILA AND TEQUILA SUNRISE RECIPE (LOW CARB)
Looking for a new and delicious keto cocktail? Try this tequila sunset low carb drink with or without blackberry lime infused tequila. It a bit like a blackberry margarita! Only a few net carbs per drink!

Steps:
- Add the sliced lime and lemon to a large jar. Add in the berries and pour the tequila overtop and seal. Place in the refrigerator for a few days.
- Add the. blackberries, Swerve sweetener, water and lime zest to a small pan. Mix as the sweetener starts to dissolve and crush the berries with a potato masher. Let simmer and thicken ( about 5 -10 minutes).
- Strain into a small jar. Mine made roughly 5oz or 10 tablespoons.
- Add ice to glass. Pour over the 1 oz of infused tequila or regular tequila. Add 1 tablespoon of lime juice and 1-2 tablespoons of the blackberry syrup. Add seltzer water to fill the glass.
- NOTE: The carbs are very hard to calculate for the infusion and blackberry sauce. The Swerve, tequila, lime zest and juice have 0 net carbs. You are not eating the fruit in the infusion and just the juice in the sauce. So I highly recommend you do your own calculations.

- Mix all ingredients in a freezer safe container and shake well. Place container in a cool, dark place for 48 to 60 hours then strain the tequila and freeze it for an additional 12 hours. Serve in shot glass or any other glass you like.

- Seal the bottle and store in a cool, dark place for 2 weeks, shaking once daily.n
- Strain tequila through cheesecloth or coffee filter. Stir simple syrup into the tequila.n

STRAWBERRY INFUSED TEQUILA
Oh, this is just soooo wonderful. It's great for Margarita's! You must be patient and wait 3 to 4 weeks but it is well worth it. This berry process takes away some of the raw taste of tequila and adds a rosy dawn touch. I think I'll double the recipe next time.

Steps:
- Wash, stem and halve the berries. Put into an airtight jar or bottle. Add enough tequila to cover.
- Shut tightly and let stand for at least twenty-one days. Strain and store in a decorative bottle (or a mason jar, your preference :) ).
