Steps:
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, bourbon, lime juice, brown sugar, mustard, chili powder, garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Pour the dressing over the cabbage in a large bowl and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours and up to 6 hours. Just before serving, stir in the bacon.

- Cook the bacon in a medium skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crisp, about 8 minutes; drain on paper towels.
- Whisk the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar and celery seeds in a large bowl until combined. Slice the apples into matchsticks, then add to the bowl with the dressing along with the celery, carrots, walnuts, raisins, parsley and bacon. Season with salt and pepper and toss.

- Place the bacon in a large pot or Dutch oven and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain the bacon slices on paper towels and reserve drippings in the pot.
- Melt butter in bacon drippings in the pot over medium heat. Stir cabbage, onion, salt, pepper, and sugar into butter and bacon drippings. Cover the pot. Cook, stirring occasionally, until cabbage and onion are tender, 15 to 20 minutes. Crumble bacon into cooked cabbage.

- In a large skillet, fry the bacon over medium heat until it's crispy, set it aside on a paper towel to drain.
- Toast the bread so that it's crisp and brown on the outside, and firm but softer on the inside. Let the slices cool briefly, then spread equal amounts of mayonnaise on each slice.
- Spread the 1/4 cup slaw on two of the slices of bread. Cut the tomatoes into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Arrange the slices evenly on top of the slaw, and season them with a sprinkling of salt and a generous amount of pepper.
- Top with the bacon and the other piece of bread. Press each sandwich down gently, and cut it in half diagonally with a serrated knife.

- Combine green cabbage, red cabbage, and carrot in a large bowl.
- Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder together in a separate bowl.
- Add about 1/2 the dressing to the cabbage mixture and combine well. Continue adding and stirring in enough of the remaining dressing to thoroughly coat vegetables.
