BOTTOM-OF-THE-JAR PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE SAUCE
Pour this sauce over your favorite ice cream or cake, top with the whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.

- In the bottom of a peanut butter jar, add the chocolate sauce, hot water and chopped nuts
- Screw the lid back on the jar and give the mixture a good shimmy shake until everything is combined
- Pour sauce over your favorite ice cream or cake, top with the whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings
EASY CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER SAUCE
This is wicked on ice cream, and keeps up to a 7 days tightly covered in the fridge. If you prefer a sweeter sauce, increase the sugar slightly.

Steps:
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring 1 cup water to a boil.
- Whisk in cocoa powder and sugar; cook whisking constantly until the mixture forms bubbles around the edges of the pan.
- Simmer until sauce thickens slighty, whisking constantly (this should take about 3-4 minutes).
- Reduce heat to low and whisk in peanut butter; simmer until sauce thickens and is smooth (another 3 minutes longer).
- Remove from heat and add in vanilla; cool slightly.
- If not using immediately, cool completely and transfer to a glass bowl, cover and refrigerate.
- Just rewarm slightly before using.

- 1. Mix powdered sugar and cocoa powder in a saucepan.
- 2. Add milk and stir.
- 3. Turn on stove burner. Add the butter and peanut butter.
- 4. Stir, stir, stir. Cook until it's as thick as you like it. NOTE: If it's too thick, add a little more milk. Too thin, add a little more powdered sugar. It will thicken up a little as it cools.
- 5. Let cool and serve.
