SUPER FANTASTIC CINNAMON ROLLS (BREAD MACHINE RECIPE)
I have tried countless recipes for Cinnamon Rolls trying to find the perfect recipe. This is it!! I can't ever make enough of these at home! They are so easy to make too - don't you just love bread machines!

Steps:
- Place all ingredients in bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer. Select DOUGH cycle press Start.
- In separate bowl combine cinnamon and sugar.
- After dough has finished, turn it out onto lightly floured surface and roll into a 16x24 rectangle. Spread dough with butter and sprinkle evenly with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Roll up dough and cut into 12 rolls. Place rolls in lightly greased 9x13 pan. Cover and let rise until almost doubled (about 30 min). Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Bake rolls for 14-16 minutes. While rolls are baking, beat together cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter, confectioners sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Spread frosting on warm rolls.

- Put the dough ingredients in the bread machine in the order listed and run on the dough cycle. After the dough cycle is finished, roll the dough into a large rectangle and spread it with 2 tablespoons melted butter and 2/3 cup brown sugar mixed with 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Roll up and cut into 10-15 rolls and place in two greased round cake pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until browned. Spread the icing on as soon as they come out of the oven. You can also cover the unbaked rolls with plastic wrap, stick them in the refrigerator overnight, and then bake in the morning.
BREAD MACHINE CINNAMON ROLLS
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Add the ingredients to your bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer (for example, wet ingredients, dry ingredients, yeast). Program the appliance for the dough cycle.
- When the cycle is done, place the dough onto a floured surface. Knead the dough for about 1 minute, then let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Roll the dough out into a rectangle, about 15 by 10 inches.
- Brush the melted butter over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Mix the chopped nuts, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the dough.
- Starting on the long side, roll the dough up tightly. Press the edges to seal forming a 15-inch long, evenly shaped roll.
- With a knife or 8-inch piece of unwaxed dental floss, cut the entire roll into 1-inch pieces.
- Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan .
- Position a rack in the center of the oven and heat to 375 F. Place the rolls cut-side down in the pan. Cover and let rise in a warm, draft-free place until they double in size, 30 to 45 minutes.
- Bake the rolls until golden, about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Gather the ingredients.
- Combine 1 cup confectioners' sugar, 1 to 2 tablespoons milk, and the vanilla in a bowl. Stir the mixture until smooth. If too thin or too thick, add more confectioners' sugar or milk, respectively, until the desired consistency is reached.
- Cool the rolls in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes. Drizzle with the icing, and serve warm from the pan.

Want to be famous for your cinnamon rolls? After 12 years of working on the perfect cinnamon roll I settled on this... and now I'm famous with all my friends. Lately I've started adding 1/2 cup of sour cream to the dough mixture, and I've really liked the results.

- In the pan of your bread machine, combine water, melted butter, vanilla pudding, warm milk, egg, 1 T. sugar, salt, bread flour and yeast. Set machine to Dough cycle. Press Start.
- When dough cycle has finished, turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll into a 17x10 inch rectangle. Beat together butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread dough with butter mixture.
- Roll up dough, beginning with long side. Slice into 16 one-inch slices and place in buttered jellyroll pan (or a 9x13 and another small pan). Brush outside of rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with additional brown sugar.
- Let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 45 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350º F. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- While rolls bake, beat together cream cheese, softened butter, confectioners' sugar, vanilla and salt. Remove rolls from oven and top with frosting.

VEGAN BREAD MACHINE CINNAMON ROLLS

- Prepare dough: Place almond milk, melted vegan margarine, 1/2 cup sugar, salt, vanilla, and flour into a bread machine in the order listed. Start the Dough setting.
- Mix warm water, 1 tablespoon sugar, and yeast in a glass measuring cup.
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 1 minute. Turn the oven off and immediately place the yeast mixture inside to proof for 15 minutes.
- Add proofed yeast mixture to the bread machine and let the cycle finish, about 1 hour 45 more minutes.
- Remove dough and roll into an 12x18-inch rectangle. Mix brown sugar, walnuts, and cinnamon for filling in a bowl; spread evenly over the dough. Starting at the long end of the rectangle, roll dough into a log; slice log into 1-inch wide pieces. Transfer to a greased baking pan with cut-sides up.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 1 minute. Turn the oven off; immediately place the rolls inside along with an uncovered bowl of boiling water. Allow rolls to proof for 1 hour.
- Remove rolls from the oven. Preheat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bake rolls in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix powdered sugar, almond milk, and melted vegan margarine for glaze in a bowl.
- Remove rolls from the oven and spread glaze evenly over top.
